Exploratory Study Of Literature On Treating Chest Pain And Heartache Based On Yang Wei Yin Xian Theory And Wen Tong Method

Objective: To use literature research and data mining methods to collate the academic thoughts of past medical doctors in treating chest pain and heartache,and use modern network pharmacological methods to analyze the mechanism of strong association drugs in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods: Collect and sort out the medical books of the medical doctors in the past and the prescriptions for the treatment of chest paralysis in the medical records,and use Epidata3.1 data management software to establish the database of chest pain and heartache.Use SPSS 25 and SPSS Modeler 18.0statistical software to conduct frequency analysis,factor analysis,cluster analysis and Apriori algorithm association rule analysis on the collected data,and use Chinese medicine theoretical knowledge to analyze and discuss the statistical results.Then use the network pharmacology method to collect effective compounds of strong related drugs,predict the target of effective compounds,and perform GO enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway analysis on the target,to analyze the possibility of strong related drugs in the treatment of coronary heart disease from the perspective of network pharmacology Mechanism.Results:(1)This study retrieved 639 ancient medical code books and medical records of "Chinese Medical Code".There are 5778 articles and 719 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions related to chest pain and heart pain;501 prescriptions were retrieved from the "Chinese Medicine Prescription Dictionary".According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,939 prescriptions that were repeatedly recorded in different medical codes and non-treatment of chest pain and heart pain were excluded,and a total of 281 prescriptions were obtained,involving 253 ancient medical codes and medical records,including 55 prescriptions in the Han and Tang Dynasties,115 prescriptions in the Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties,111 prescriptions in the Ming and Qing Dynasties;174 flavors of traditional Chinese medicines were involved,with a total frequency of 1,731.A total of 13 common factors were extracted from the high-frequency drug factor analysis of medical doctors in the past generations,and the association rule analysis found 18 drug association rules with support ?5%,confidence ?80%,and promotion degree>1;high-frequency drug clustering during the Han and Tang Dynasties The analysis obtained 7 drug combinations,and the association rule analysis resulted in 32 strong association rules;the Song Jinyuan period high-frequency drug cluster analysis resulted in 8 drug combinations,and the association rule analysis resulted in 8 strong association rules;the Ming-Qing period high-frequency drug aggregation Nine drug combinations were obtained by class analysis,and 16 strong association rules were obtained by association rule analysis.(2)TCMSP database collected 28 effective compounds of Gualou,Xiebai,Guizhi pharmacy,36 potential targets of Gualou,Xiebai,Guizhi pharmacy intervention in coronary heart disease,and93 GO function enrichment analysis Biological processes,36 molecular functions,18 cellular components,and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis revealed four main signal pathways related to coronary heart disease.Conclusion:(1)Through data mining and drug testing,we found that the medical doctors' understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of chestparalysis,the treatment and treatment methods and the rules of medicine use in different generations have shown the characteristics of each period,but they are in the Dynasties,medical doctors paid more attention to the pathogenesis of heart-yang stasis,phlegm-dampness,and yin-cold stagnation.Zhishi,Pinellia,Cinnamon,Aconite,Asarum,Shujiao,Aconitum,Chitosan;during the Song and Jin and Yuan Dynasties,medical doctors paid more attention to the diseases of yang deficiency,cold coagulation,phlegm,qi stagnation,blood stasis and heart stasis The mechanism is to use Xin Wen to disperse cold,Xuan Tongxinyang,Tongyang Xiezhuo,phlegm Xuanbi,Qi and Huoxue legislation,medication to Chuan aconite,Sichuan pepper,aconite,dried ginger,cinnamon,asarum,Chuanxiong,galangal,Angelica,Evodia,Pepper,Curcuma dominated;during the Ming and Qing dynasties,medical doctors paid more attention to the pathogenesis of phlegm-interaction,qi stagnation and blood stasis,cold phlegm stagnation,phlegm dampness,phlegm-heat obstruction,heart-yang deficiency,qi-yin deficiency.Most of the legislations are qi and phlegm,Tongyang Sanjie,Qi and Huoxue Huayu,warming yang qi,qi and nourishing blood,nourishing yin and nourishing the heart,and the drugs are mostly pinellia,orange peel,dried ginger,twig,melon,scallion,Fructus Aurantii,Magnolia officinalis,Citrus aurantium,Angelica,Campanulaceae,Evodia,Galangal,White Peony.(3)Gualou,Xiebai,Guizhi may treat coronary heart disease mainly through anti-oxidative stress,anti-inflammatory,anti-platelet aggregation,anti-coagulation,promote angiogenesis,regulate coronary blood flow,etc.,and c AMP signaling pathway and The PI3K/AKT signaling pathway may be the main signaling pathway for gualou,xiebai and guizhithree-way drugs on coronary heart disease.
