Based On Data Mining, Professor Pang Min's Use Of Ointment Prescriptions To Treat Chest Pain In The Remission Period Of Medication Rules

Purpose: Through retrospective research and the use of data mining techniques,this article summarizes the law of Professor Pang Min’s application of plaster to regulate chest paralysis.Materials and methods: The first case of chest palsy that was diagnosed and treated by Professor Pang Min at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2017 to October 2019 and met the research criteria was selected as the research object,a total of 113 cases.Based on the general information and prescription medications involved in the case,a database was created with WPS office Excel,and SPSS Statistics 22.0 and SPSS Clementine 12.0 software were used to statistically analyze Professor Pang Min’s use of cream prescriptions to regulate the frequency of traditional Chinese medicines in the chest bitong prescription,The frequency analysis and cluster analysis of the four drugs of Siqi,Wuwei and Guijing,as well as high-frequency drugs,summarized the law of Professor Pang Min’s use of cream to regulate chest paralysis.Results:1.This study involved a total of 233 Chinese medicines with a cumulative frequency of 9955 times,of which 63 flavors with a frequency greater than 30 times were used4232 times,accounting for 42.51% of the total frequency,of which the top 20 Chinese medicines were Ejiao,Chenpi,Angelica,Poria,Chuanxiong,Bupleurum,Antlers,Atractylodes,Guizhi,Zhigancao,Ophiopogon japonicus,Rehmannia glutinosa,Dogwood,Codonopsis,Chinese yam,red radish,bellflower,astragalus,amomum.2.Professor Pang Min is the most commonly used medicine for tonic deficiency,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and antipyretics.3.According to the high-frequency drug clustering statistics,Professor Pang Min’s commonly used medicines are keel and oysters,osmanthus and pinellia,jujube andlily,salvia and gastrodia,mulberry and almond,aconite and asarum,and Ophiopogon And bellflower,windbreak and white pupa,ginger and jujube,chuanxiong and red pupa,peach kernel and safflower,achyranthes and pupa shell,dendrobium and huangjing.4.According to the results of factor analysis,commonly used combinations of drugs:(1)Chuanxiong,Chiba,Angelica,Yam,Liushenqu,Bupleurum,Zhigancao,Antler gum,Ejiao(2)Liushenqu,jujube,windbreak,cinnamon sticks,ginger,turmeric,licorice root,diarrhea,bellflower;(3)Peach kernel,safflower,Achyranthes bidentata,turmeric,Amomum villosum,and eustoma;(4)Guizhi,Dendrobium,Huangjing,Codonopsis,Ejiao;(5)Schisandra,licorice,astragalus,medlar,antler gum;(6)Angelica sinensis,Cuscuta chinensis,Lycium barbarum,Psoralen;(7)Lycium barbarum,mature ground,rehmannia glutinosa,and antlers;(8)Licorice,Atractylodes,Alisma,Amomum;(9)Bupleurum,Chinese yam,Poria,Dogwood;(10)Ginseng and Codonopsis;(11)Psoralea,Ophiopogon,Chinese bellflower,Ejiao;(12)Zhigancao,Psoralea,Codonopsis,Chenpi;conclusion:1.Professor Pang Min’s ointment prescription is used to treat chest paralysis mostly from the deficiency: multi-use tonic medicine,multi-temperature medicine in medicine,and sweet and spicy medicine in medicine.Commonly used drugs are:Ejiao,orange peel,Angelica,Poria,Chuanxiong,Astragalus,staghorn,Atractylodes,Guizhi,Zhigancao,Ophiopogon japonicus,Rehmannia glutinosa,dogwood,Codonopsis pilosulae,Chinese yam and Qi and blood circulation and anti-epileptic drugs such as red Paeonia,Campanulaceae,Bupleurum,Amomum.2.Commonly used medicine pairs are: keel and oysters,citrus aurantium and pinellia,sour dates and lilies,salvia and gastrodia,mulberry skin and almonds,aconite and asarum,Ophiopogon and platycodon grandiflorum,parsnips and white cymbidium,ginger and jujube,Chuanxiong and Red Peony,Peach Kernel and Safflower,Achyranthes and Fructus Aurantii,Dendrobium and Huang Jing.Commonly used prescriptions are: Dioscores pill,Liuweidihuang pill,Xuefu Zhuyu decoction,Zuogui pill and Yougui pill.3.Professor Pang Min believes that chest paralysis is a disease of this standard,but it should be based on deficiency,and believes that "qi deficiency,qi stagnation,blood stasis,and Yang deficiency" is the fundamental pathogenesis of chest paralysis.In the treatment,"regulating qi and activating blood circulation,nourishing qi and removing blood stasis" is the major treatment method,and at the same time,it is accompanied by the method of calming the mind and calming the liver,relieving the liver and relieving depression.
