Clinical Study On Strengthening Spleen And Stomach,Regulating Qi And Resolving Phlegm In The Treatment Of Premature Ventricular Contraction(Phlegm Block)

Objective: Through prospective clinical controlled studies,explore the clinical efficacy of strengthening the spleen and stomach and regulating qi and phlegm to treat premature ventricular contractions(stagnation of phlegm and turbidity).Methods: From the early-stage ventricular patients who visited the outpatient clinic of Professor Jiang Lihong of Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2018,72 patients who met the eligibility criteria were selected.The patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,each with 36 cases.The control group was given the western medicine mexiletine,and the treatment group was given the instructor's spleen and stomach,and the Chinese medicine decoction was made up.Four weeks after treatment,comparative statistical analysis was performed on the experimental data of the two groups of pre-,mid-,and late syndrome scale scores,the number of early ECG sessions,safety,and the occurrence of adverse events by using SPSS19.0 data statistics software.1 Follow-up was performed after 1 month to evaluate the long-term efficacy.In order to explore the clinical effects of strengthening the spleen and stomach,regulating qi and removing phlegm on ventricular premature contraction(stagnation of phlegm and turbidity),and to provide experience for early diagnosis and treatment of ventricle.Results: 1.The spleen and stomach,qi and phlegm treatment for ventricular premature contraction(phlegm turbid block)has a significant clinical effect,which is significantly better than the control group.2.With the spleen and stomach,the method of qi-eliminating phlegm(self-made formula)can reduce the number of premature ventricular contractions(phlegm block syndrome);3.with spleen and stomach,qi and phlegm(self-made formula)can significantly reduce(phlegm block syndrome)TCM syndrome symptom score;4.Professor Jiang is safer in treating sputum turbidity block self-madeprescription,without obvious adverse reactions and cardiovascular events,and the long-term effect is more obvious.Conclusion: Western medicine combined with strengthening the spleen and stomach,and regulating qi and phlegm to treat ventricular premature contractions(stagnation of phlegm and turbidity)can obviously reduce the TCM symptom score and the number of early ventricular episodes.
