Purpose: 1 To explore the correlation between allergic factors and tic disorders in children.2 To evaluate the short-term clinical efficacy of Wenjing Decoction combined with external traditional Chinese medicine treatment and EEG biofeedback therapy in the treatment of tic disorders in children.Methods: All the cases in this study were derived from inpatients who were diagnosed with tic disorder in the Pediatric Ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 1,2018 to January 30,2021,and were treated at the Pediatric Physical Examination of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine at the same time.Healthy children.Distribute a questionnaire on the "Relationship between Allergic Factors and Tic Disorders in Children" and conduct telephone follow-ups to observe the children's gender,age and allergic substances,and perform Yale scores on the children.Results:1 The three items with the highest positive rates of inhaled allergies in children with tics in the observation group and healthy children in the control group included mites,house dust and mold.The order of the number of positive cases of inhalation allergen was mold>mites>house dust>cat hair,dog dander> ragweed wormwood>mulberry.The order of the number of positive cases of inhaled allergens in healthy children in the control group was mites> molds>house dust> cat hair,dog fur dust> ragweed,wormwood,and mulberry.There is a slight difference between the two in the order of the number of positive cases of mites and number of inhaled allergens,and it is impossible to clarify which inhaled allergens are related.This may be related to the small sample size.In future experiments,the sample size should be expanded to find out which inhaled allergens related to the tic disorder in the child.5 There is a certain correlation between the types and numbers of ingested allergens and tic disorders in children.The two groups of children had significant differences in the number of positive cases of egg(egg white,egg yolk)and milk allergy.It suggests that children with tic disorder may often be accompanied by milk and egg(egg white,egg yolk)allergies.6 There is no significant difference in the types of inhaled allergens between children with vocal tic disorder and motor tic disorder.However,there are significant differences in the number of inhaled allergens.However,it is related to several inhaled allergens in children with tic disorder,and the sample size needs to be expanded for further research.7 There is no significant difference between vocal tic disorder and motor tic disorder in the types of ingested allergic substances and the number of positive substances.8 Wenjing Decoction combined with external Chinese medicine treatment and EEG biofeedback therapy is effective in treating tic disorders,and the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment for children with tic disorders for one month is better than that for children with comprehensive treatment for half a month.9 The clinical recurrence rate of children with yin deficiency and wind type tic disorder who was hospitalized for one month of comprehensive treatment was significantly lower than that of children with yin deficiency and wind type tic disorder who were hospitalized for half a month of comprehensive treatment.Conclusion:1 Tic disorder is related to the type and quantity of inhaled allergens and ingested allergens;children with tic disorder are often accompanied by milk and egg(egg white,egg yolk) allergies.2 Vocal tic disorder and motor tic disorder have a certain correlation with the number of inhaled allergens.3 Using Wenjing decoction combined with external Chinese medicine and EEG biofeedback therapy to treat children with yin deficiency and wind movement type tic disorder,the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment for one month is better than that of children with comprehensive treatment for half a month,and the clinical recurrence rate is even higher.low.
