ObjectiveTo study the changes of the ability of autistic children in all aspects of autistic children before and after comprehensive intervention,to compare the effects of background conditions such as gender and age on the effect of comprehensive intervention,to explore the factors influencing the rehabilitation effect of children with autism,to further improve the rehabilitation effect and improve the rehabilitation The program provides the basis and guidance.MethodsA total of 89 children with autism were trained in two special education schools in Jinzhou,Liaoning province in the 2014-2016 academic year.Autistic children are trained at the age of 2-7 years old,including 68 boys and 21 girls.Comprehensive intervention measures are: sensory integration training,voice training,cognitive training,game training,self-care training,art training and computer games and other courses.Weekly Monday to Saturday classes,including four classes in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon,one on a regular basis,half an hour each time.Each time after-school training teachers will assess the performance of the course and the performance of each child record,the first assessment before the children received training,training a semester after the second assessment,training for a school year after the third Sub-assessment.The assessment tool is used by the CDPD for the use of the ?Autism Child Development Assessment Form?.Data were analyzed by t test and variance analysis.The results showed that there were significant differences between the three evaluation scores and whether the background factors had a significant effect on the rehabilitation effect of the comprehensive intervention.Results1.89 children in the sense of perception,the gross movements,fine motor,language and communication,cognitive,and social interaction,the life care,mood,and behavior,and other eight assessment,three points difference had statistical significance.Eight training score were higher than in the next six months ago,training after 1 annual average higher than the second.2.Intervention of sense perception in children with gender(t = 4.267,P = 4.267),the statistically significant factors.The boy,not only children,poor sleep,diet,poor family economic condition and the parents are divorced children assessment score difference is bigger.3.Bulky action intervention in children with settlements(t = 4.410,P = 4.410),the only or not(t = 6.023,P = 6.023),parents confidence(t = 2.655,P = 2.655),age(F = 6.584,P = 6.584)difference was statistically significant factors.Of rural areas,not only children,parents have no confidence,children between the ages of 6 to 7 evaluation score difference is bigger.4.Fine motor intervention in children with gender(t = 2.225,P = 2.225),place of residence(t = 3.485,P = 3.485),and parents education(t = 5.905,P = 5.905),parent emphasis(t = 7.429,P = 7.429),parents confidence(t = 2.375,P = 0.021),illness(F = 15.222,P = 15.222),age(F = 4.484,P = 4.484)difference was statistically significant factors.One boy,towns,parents of low degree,parents pay attention to,parents have the confidence,mild condition,4 to 6 years old of children assessment score difference is bigger.5.The language and communication interventions in children with gender(t = 3.137,P = 3.137),the only or not(t = 4.357,P = 4.357),and sleep(t = 4.054,P = 4.054),and diet(t = 5.405,P = 5.405),family economic status(t = 2.443,P = 0.020),parents' education(t = 4.361,P = 0.000),parents' marital status(t = 5.750,P = 5.750),parents family economic conditions,low degree,his parents divorced parents,parents have no confidence,mild illness,2-4 years old child assessment score difference is bigger.6.The intervention of cognitive abilities in children with gender(t = 3.117,P = 0.004),diet(t = 2.504,P = 0.019),parents' marital status(t = 7.437,P = 7.437),parent emphasis(t = 2.392,P = 2.392),parents confidence(t = 3.376,P = 0.001),illness(F = 8.012,P = 8.012),age(F = 10.319,P = 10.319)difference was statistically significant factors.Which girl,poor diet,parents' divorce,parents pay less attention,parents have no faith,mild illness,2-4 years old children assessment score difference is bigger.7.The intervention of the socially in children with gender(t = 3.450,P = 3.450),place of residence(t = 2.951,P = 2.951),the only or not(t = 4.308,P = 4.308),and diet(t = 2.379,P = 2.379),and parents education(t = 3.827,P = 0.000),parents' marital status(t = 4.109,P = 4.109),parents confidence(t = 2.192,P = 0.031),illness(F = 5.792,P = 5.792),age(F = 9.511,P = 9.511)difference was statistically significant factors.Which girl,towns,the one-child,poor diet,low degree,his parents divorced parents,parents have no faith,mild illness,2-4 years old children assessment score difference is bigger.8.Intervention of self-care ability of life in children with residence(t = 3.409,P = 0.002),sleep(t = 3.697,P = 3.697),and diet(t = 2.113,P = 0.038),parents' education(t = 4.113,P = 0.000),parents' marital status(t = 5.364,P = 5.364),parents confidence(t = 3.130,P = 0.002),illness(F = 22.210,P = 22.210),age(F = 3.941,P = 3.941)difference was statistically significant factors.These towns,poor sleep,poor diet,low degree,his parents divorced parents,parents have no confidence,mild illness,2-4 years old child assessment score difference is bigger.9.On emotion and behavior intervention in children with residence(t = 4.938,P = 4.938),and family economic conditions(t = 5.284,P = 5.284),parent emphasis(t = 9.193,P = 9.193),parents confidence(t = 4.269,P = 0.000),illness(F = 7.375,P = 7.375),age(F = 3.722,P = 3.722)difference was statistically significant factors.These towns,poor family economic conditions,parents attention,parents have the confidence,mild condition,4 to 6 years old of children assessment score difference is bigger.Conclusion1.The comprehensive intervention for autism sense perception,bulky actions,fine motor,language and communication,cognitive,social intercourse,life care,emotion and behavior ability were improved.2.The background of the autism factors all affect the rehabilitation effect of comprehensive intervention training,most parents faith and the influence of age of these projects,are seven;Condition influence the project for 6 items;Gender,place of residence,diet,the influence of parents' marital status project for five;Single or not,the influence of parents education project for four;Sleep,family economic status and the influence of parents emphasis project for at least 3 items.
