Autism is also known as autism,Its characteristic is:Cognitive and language barriers,Difficult communication and interaction Interest in the narrow Rigid and problem behaviors, etc. In recent years, with the increase of autistic children, the demand for the rehabilitation of children with autism is increasing. Currently domestic institutions for children with autism rehabilitation services also in gradually increased, professional rehabilitation department of a hospital, CDPF and Civil Affairs Office System of rehabilitation training center, special education schools and private special education rehabilitation places. These institutions have played an active role in the early rehabilitation of autistic children. But it is important to find a more effective way to improve their movement, perception, cognition, language, behavior, understanding, communication ability and social adaptability.Objective: The research wants to carry on the rehabilitation training for the comprehensive intervention of the children with autism.To investigate the effect of comprehensive intervention and the effect of different factors on the rehabilitation of autistic children in terms of exercise,language,perception,cognition,and communication and understanding,and needle to analyze,sum up experienc,provide ideas and references for the rehabilitation of autism in the industry.Methods: Choose,from September 2013 to September 2014, 120 children with autism were selected as the research objec.Information collection through the questionnaire survey to the child’s basic situation,family situation,rehabilitation training. Rehabilitation training for autistic children through comprehensive intervention measures. Assessment tools used in FIMITIC issued the development of children with autism assessment table "of children with autism in the sense of perception, gross motor, fine motor, language communication, cognitive, social, and self-care and so on respectively before and after rehabilitation training effect evaluation.Results: 1.The movement of children with autism, perception, cognition, language, The cultural level of nursing care,Parents’ understanding of the disease,differences were statistical significance,After training and the behavior score were higher than score before training, 2.In the aspects of perception, gross motor, language communication, cognitive behavior, social behavior, life self-care ability, gender has a significant difference in the scores of children with autism behavior rehabilitation training(P<0.05). Perception(t=2.385,P<0.005),gross.action(t=2.745,P<0.007),language.communication(t=3.241,P<0.002),cognition(t=4.449,P<0.0001), social(t=3.914,P<0.0001), and self-care ability(t=2.728,P<0.007).Above all the behavior before and after the training score difference boys are higher than girls. 3. In the language, cognitive behavior and life self-care ability,Age of score difference had statistical significance before and after training(P<0.05). And in the perception of behavior(F=3.459,P<0.034), life self-care ability(F=4.769,P<0.010), are 4~5 years old age group.In terms of language(F=3.880,P<0.0097) communication(F=0.768,P<0.0234), 2 ~3years old age group the highest rating. 4.The family’s confidence index, whether parents mind others know that the child is autistic,language communication(F=3.219,P<0.044), cognitive behavior(F=3.223,P<0.043),and social behavior(F=3.347,P<0.039),the fine motor(F=3.727,P<0.027),life self-care ability(F=4.375,P<0.015).Parents mind if others know that the child is autistic,comparison of the score of the training before and after the fine motor behavio,the difference was statistically significant(t =-2.045,P<0.043)。And don’t mind if others know the autistic child,The difference of the behavior in the intervention training before and after the score were higher. 5.In ethnic, urban and rural areas, whether the one-child, diet, sleep,the cultural level of nursing care,training costs accounted for family income ratio, family relationship, parents are aware of the disease,parents have received the knowledge of autism related training,whether parents participate in training,there was no significant difference in the score between the scores before and after trainin(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Comprehensive intervention and rehabilitation training for children with autism’s movement, perception, cognition, language, communication and the ability to take care of themselves, such as the ability to improve and improve. 2.After training the boys in sports,perception,cognition,language, communication and communication, the ability to take care of themselves in a girl. 4to 5 years of age in the perception of behavior, the ability to improve the ability to live a better life.In terms of language communication, 2 ~ 3 years old age group is better. 3.Family rehabilitation treatment confidence index for a variety of behavioral rehabilitation training to help improve the child’s movement,language,cognitive behavior,social communication, self-care ability. Parents do not mind other people know that the child is autism, the child’s rehabilitation training has a supporting role.National, urban and rural areas, whether the only child, food, sleep, training costs accounted for the proportion of family expenses, family relationship, nursing care and occupation, Parents’ understanding of the disease,Parents have received the knowledge of autism related training,Whether parents are involved in training,These factors had no significant effect on the rehabilitation effect of comprehensive intervention. 4.National, urban and rural areas, whether the only child, food, sleep, training costs accounted for the proportion of family expenses, family relationship, Cultural level and occupation of nursing person, Parents’ understanding of the disease,Parents have received the knowledge of autism related training,Whether parents are involved in training,these factors had no effect on the rehabilitation effect of comprehensive intervention.
