Research On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of The Jiangjin Health Administrative Department In Response To The New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic

In the process of dealing with the COVID-19,the primary health administrative departments led the medical and health system,which played an important role in the development of medical treatment,epidemic prevention and control and other professional fields.This paper is based on the primary health administrative departments,akes the case that the Jiang Jin district health administrative departments led the medical institutions and disease control institutions in responding to the COVID-19 epidemic as the research target,based on the theory of crisis management.Through literature analysis,case analysis,interview and other methods,the paper studies the strategies of dealing with the COVID-19,analyzes the existing deficiencies,and put forward strategies to improve.This paper consists of five parts:Part 1 and 2: state the background and significance,analyze the research status of major public health emergency management at home and abroad,and clarify the methods,theoretical basis and concepts involved in this study.Part 3 and 4: state the basic situation of the medical and health institutions und er the leadership of the district health administration departments in Jiangjin district i n responding to the COVID-19 epidemic,point out problems and deficiencies in the process from 5 systems which includes emergency preparedness,emergency managem ent legalization,informatization,emergency protection,linkage mechanism,and analyze t he reasons.Part 5: according to the important directive spirit of Xi Jinping on the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic and the latest requirements of the country on the construction of a public health system,In view of the analysis of part 3 and 4,put forward targeted suggestions for primary health administrative departments to improve the public health emergency management capabilities.This study will provide some guidance about the specific practice of public health emergency management of primary health administrative departments,will help them to improve the ability of emergency management,and better protect people's health and life safety.
