Research On The Emergency Management Of Public Health Emergency In Villages And Towns

Emergency management of public health emergencies in townships is an important part of the rural revitalization strategy in the new era.At this stage,the emergency management of public health emergencies in towns and villages in my country is mainly aimed at immediate response and control of health emergencies,and emergency management has great limitations and passivity.From the overall response process after the outbreak of the new crown epidemic in my country,it can be reflected that towns are the key areas and weak links in the emergency management of public health emergencies.Through theoretical analysis,using semi-structured interview method,case analysis method and other research methods,this paper studies the current emergency management mechanism of public health emergencies in H town,combined with its actual situation in responding to the new crown epidemic,a public health emergency.To deal with the situation,conduct an empirical study on the emergency management of public health emergencies in townships.The study found that there are many problems in the emergency management of public health incidents in townships: untimely emergency response,irregular emergency law enforcement,inadequate emergency protection,and poor emergency information.The main reasons are: lack of awareness of normalization of emergency management,imperfect emergency management system,unsmooth emergency management coordination mechanism,and insufficient emergency management resources.Townships should improve their response to public health emergencies as a whole.Combining the theory of risk society and the theory of crisis life cycle,this paper believes that the emergency management countermeasures for public health emergencies can be improved from multiple aspects: to create a society where the whole township is involved in the war.to establish a public health emergency response model,improve the design of the public health emergency response system,strengthen the coordination and linkage mechanism of public health emergency management entities,enhance the awareness of normalized emergency management of public health events,and strengthen public health emergency response.Manage resource security awareness,etc.
