Study On Emergency Management Of Urban Public Health Emergencies

Natural disasters,emergencies,social security events and public safety events occur frequently,which,regardless of types and scales,differently affect our country’s security,social and political environment,not only endangering public property,but also endangering people’s life and health.At present,emergency management has become an important task for governments at all levels,and a good public crisis communication mechanism is crucial in the process of government emergency management.At the end of 2019,a sudden outbreak of pneumonia caused by a novel coronavirus spread in a short period of time.We fought relentlessly against this epidemic and achieved a major victory.on June 2,2020,Xi Jinping,General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee,President of the State and Chairman of the Central Military Commission,convened a symposium of experts and scientists in Beijing and delivered an important speech,proposing to "build up a strong public health system to provide strong protection for safeguarding people’s health ",with the basic goal of safeguarding people’s lives,maintaining an attitude of considering people’s physical and mental health,strengthening and improving current government structures and systems,and further improving the government’s ability to respond to public health emergencies.This article reviews the experience and practice of responding to the COVID-19 outbreak in G District of M City,highlights effective methods to prevent and control the epidemic,and introduces more effective and timely response measures.This paper provides a new idea about the management of public health emergencies,expands the scope of related theoretical research,and puts forward specific measures to improve the system and mechanism of public health emergency management.Through case analysis,comparative analysis,literature research and other ways,this paper conducts sandtable simulation on the treatment of COVID-19 in G District of M City.The existing problems of public health emergency management in G District of M City were studied,and the causes were analyzed.According to the problems and causes,the countermeasures to improve the emergency management ability of G District of M City were put forward.
