Research On The Prescription Rules Of Professor Zhang Hong In The Treatment Of Various Syndromes Before And After Menopause Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform

Objective:Use the auxiliary platform of Chinese medicine inheritance to study the medical records of Professor Zhang Hong's treatment of pre-and post-menopausal syndromes,excavate the prescription rules,and summarize Professor Zhang Hong's experience in the treatment of pre-and post-menopausal syndromes,so as to share the same experience.Method:Use the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)to input,analyze,and export the medical record data of the pre-and post-menopausal patients treated by Professor Zhang Hong in the outpatient clinic from October 2018 to February 2021,through the statistics of drug frequency and the analysis of prescription rules based on association rules,the rule analysis of prescriptions based on the improved mutual information method and entropy clustering unearthed the prescription rules of Professor Zhang Hong's treatment of various syndromes before and after menopause;the medical analysis and communication with Professor Zhang Hong,and the final conclusion Professor Zhang Hong's experience in treating various syndromes before and after menopauseResults:This study collected 163 medical records and 538 prescriptions.Excluding the prescriptions with little change in prescriptions for multiple visits to the same patient,a total of 312 prescriptions with obvious changes in drugs were included.The input data was mined and analyzed,and the following results were obtained.:1.The ages of patients are mainly distributed between 45-50 years old,with the maximum and minimum age spanning up to 11 years2.The most witnessed types of syndromes before and after menopause are liver and kidney yin deficiency,spleen and kidney weakness,and liver depression and spleen deficiency.Professor Zhang Hong believes that kidney yin and yang are the root cause of the disease.Weakness,deficiency and yang are the main pathogenesis of this disease,and clinical treatment focuses on reconciling yin and yang.3.Professor Zhang Hong's commonly used drugs for treating various syndromes before and after menopause are mulberry leaf,floating wheat,motherwort,Polygala,Shouwu vine,schisandra,paeonol,jujube seed,Albizia julibrissin,Ligustrum lucidum,Prunella vulgaris,Cuscuta,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Cyperus rotundus,Cinnamon,etc.;The most commonly used drugs are tranquilizers(8 types,744 times),blood-activating drugs(16 types,673 times),astringent medicines(13 types,494 times),anti-epidemic drugs(13 types,477 times),Heat-clearing medicine(21 kinds,456 times);Professor Zhang's most commonly used drugs are mild(35.3%)and cold(35.2%).Their tastes are sweet(34.3%),bitter(29.4%),and pungent(25.0%).The main meridian of the return meridian was the liver meridian(26.1%),followed by the heart and kidney meridians.4.Based on the analysis of association rules,45 drug patterns and 36 drug association patterns are obtained,and the drug network display diagram is obtained.From these three data results,it can be seen that Professor Zhang Hong's most commonly used nine-flavored core drug for the treatment of this disease-Sang.Leaf,floating wheat,Shouwu vine,Polygala,wild jujube seed,schisandra,albizia flower,paeonol,motherwort,and these nine core medicines are the main components of Professor Zhang Hong's self-developed experiential prescription,which can clear away heat,restrain sweat,and calm the heart.Soothing power;second commonly used drugs-Prunella vulgaris,Ligustrum lucidum,Salvia miltiorrhiza,cinnamon,Ligustrum lucidum is a commonly used medicine for the pathogenesis of liver and kidney yin deficiency,and has the effect of nourishing yin and kidney;Cinnamon is a commonly used medicine for spleen and kidney yang deficiency,Has the power of supplementing the fire and assisting the yang,and igniting the fire to return to the Yuan.5.Based on the improved mutual information method to obtain the drug pair correlation coefficient;based on complex system entropy clustering to obtain 10 groups of drug core combinations;based on unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering to obtain 5 new prescription combinations.Professor Zhang Hong believes that the following 4 groups:?Dipsacus_mulberry leaf_dodder_floating wheat_danshen_mulberry parasitic.?Sea cuttlebone_Arborvitae leaf_Di elm_madder_black plum_palm charcoal?Fu Shen Morinda officinalis_Epimedium_Shichangpu.?Weiling fairy_dog ridge_hyssop_prunella.Conclusion:This study uses the TCM Inheritance Assistant Platform(V2.5)system as a tool,through association rule analysis,improved mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering,unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering statistical methods,and the clinical diagnosis and treatment Excavating the medical record data,he obtained the commonly used drugs and prescription rules,and summarized his experience in treating the disease.Professor Professor Zhang Hong believes that the uncoordinated attenuation of the essence and qi of the five internal organs and the imbalance between Yin and Yang of the kidneys are the cause of the disease.Deficiency of liver and kidney yin,disturbance of fire,spleen and kidney yang deficiency,and deficiency of yang are the main pathogenesis of this disease.It nourishes the liver and kidneys.Calming the heart and calming the mind;warming the spleen and kidney,and igniting fire to return to the origin is the principle of treatment of this disease.
