Exploring The Medication Rules Of Professor Wang Chuijie In Treating Reflux Esophagitis Based On The TCM Inheritance Auxiliary Platfor

Objective: Through collecting and sorting out the outpatient prescriptions of Professor Wang Chuijie in the treatment of reflux esophagitis(RE),and through the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,to summarize Professor Wang’s medication rules in the treatment of RE,so as to provide new plans and ideas for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: Collect and sort out the effective prescriptions for reflux esophagitis in the expert clinic of Wang Chuijie,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(September 2020 to August 2022),screen the cases and enter the Excel information table of reflux esophagitis created according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,use the software of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant platform to enter the data and build the database,and analyze the basic information,four diagnoses,and the frequency of medication in RE patients,meridian tropism and drug properties association rules.Result:1.402 patients were included in this study,including 213 women,189 men,and 101 patients aged 51-60 years,accounting for 25.12%;19.65% in the 41-50 age group;The proportion of30-70 year olds is average.2.Through the "symptom statistics" function in the auxiliary platform system of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,137 RE related symptoms were obtained,including 18 symptoms with frequency ≥ 10.The frequency of symptoms was acid reflux(299 times,74.38%),heartburn(241 times,59.95%),belching(201 times,50.00%),dry mouth and bitter mouth(169 times,42.04%),bloating(124 times,30.85%),stomachache(124 times,30%),etc.3.Among the tongue colors,red tongue accounted for the highest proportion(168 cases,accounting for 41.79%).At the same time,78.61% of patients had fat tongue.The frequency of tongue coating was white coating(324 cases,accounting for 80.59%),thin coating(280cases,accounting for 69.65%),and greasy coating(168 cases,accounting for 41.79%).4.In pulse statistics,there are 266 cases of stringed pulse,254 cases of fine pulse,134 cases of sinking pulse,65 cases of counting pulse,56 cases of slow pulse,5 cases of smooth pulse,4cases of astringent pulse,2 cases of tight pulse and 1 case of slow pulse.5.In the statistics of syndrome types,the syndrome of stagnating heat in the liver and stomach has the highest frequency,followed by the syndrome of disharmony in the liver and stomach,dampness resistance in the spleen,disharmony in the intestines and stomach,dampness and heat in the spleen and stomach.6.The highest frequency of sexual and taste meridians are: warm,bitter and spleen meridians.7.Prescription statistics:The frequency of prescription drugs in 402 patients was statistically analyzed,involving a total of 161 traditional Chinese medicines and a total frequency of 5974.Among them,66 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines were used more than 10 times,with a total frequency of 5729 times,accounting for 95.89% of the total frequency.The most frequently used drugs are atractylodes macrocephala,followed by coptis chinensis,scutellaria baicalensis,tangerine peel,pinellia ternata,tuckahoe,etc.8.According to the association rule algorithm,the number of supports is set to 150 and the confidence level is set to 0.9.Click the "medication mode" to get the results,and a total of 57 data are exported.Carry out association rule analysis on the results,set the number of support to 150,and the confidence level to 0.9.A total of 17 rules are drawn.9.Cluster analysis was carried out on 402 prescriptions,and the "number of clusters" was set to 5 respectively.At last,the composition of the core combination of drugs was analyzed.Group 1: Atractylodes macrocephala-orange peel-coptis chinensis-scutellaria baicalensis-poria cocos-white peony;Formula2: Atractylodes macrocephala-tangerine peel-Magnolia officinalis-Pinellia ternate-Atractylodes macrocephala-Coptis chinensis;Formula 3:Atractylodes macrocephala-Pinellia ternate-Magnolia officinalis-Magnolia officinalis-Coptis chinensis-Scutellaria baicalensis;Formula4: Codonopsis pilosula-Scutellaria baicalensis-Atractylodes macrocephala-Poria cocos-Magnolia officinalis-Pinellia ternata;Formula 5: Coptis chinensis-Evodia rutaecarpa-Glycyrrhiza officinalis-Magnolia officinalis-Pinellia ternata-Bupleurum chinense.Conclusion: Wang Shi believed that the basic pathogenesis of the disease was stomach disharmony and stomach qi inversion.The mechanism seemed simple,but it was complex and complicated,often mixed with deficiency and excess,and cold and heat were common.It is necessary to grasp the key points of pathogenesis and pay attention to the thought of syndrome differentiation,take "yin and yang modulation,cold and heat treatment together" as the treatment principle,use modern medical diagnosis and treatment methods,and combined with the ideological system of TCM dialectical treatment,truly achieve the combination of disease and disease,and assign special personnel to make special prescriptions,so as to achieve significant clinical effects.
