Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform, To Explore The Analysis Of Professor Wang Junhong's Medication Rules For The Treatment Of Children With ADHD

Purpose:I examined the treatment cases for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD)conducted by Professor Wang Jun Hong using the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Inheritance Support System(v2.5).This paper aims to amplifying effectiveness of Chinese medicine treatment for ADHD,tracing herbal prescription formula,and handing down academic legacy to future generation.Based on regression analysis,I provided insights and patterns of medical cases from Professor Wang Jun Hong.Methodology:Our data collection shows Chinese Medicine diagnoses and treatment cases by Professor Wang Jun Hong at the pediatric department on DongZhiMen hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.Collection dates are ranged from April 1st,2010 to January 31st,2018.Among more than thousand cases,I chose most proper 164 ADHD diagnoses from 47 outpatients according to my research criteria.I conducted data standardization about patients and treatment formula,and established database of ADHD treatments and symptoms.Using TCM Inheritance Support System,I extracted,organized,and analyzed these data.My analysis methodology includes descriptive statistics,text mining,and simple regression model.This analysis shows basic patterns and transitions of ADHD medical prescriptions regarding symptoms by Professor Wang Jun Hong,which could contribute on academic heritage of herbal medicines from her.Analysis:Based on the statistical function of the auxiliary platform,the general conditions of the disease were obtained.For example,the percentage of male and female was 91.5%for boys and 8.5%for girls,and the prevalence of disease in boys was significantly higher than that in girls.The age of admission was 29.8%at the age of 7,17.0%at the age of 6,and 17.0%at the age of 9.Based on the frequency analysis of the information of syndrome and prescription,four syndromes and 147 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were obtained.The most common syndromes were qi and Yin deficiency syndromes,which were 122 times in total,indicating that professor wang junhong believed that qi and Yin deficiency were the main syndromes of this disease.The drug with the highest frequency was acorus tatarinowii with 157 flavors each,followed by henejin and hawthorn,which were used 144 times respectively.1.Based on the analysis of this study,it can be speculated that professor Wang Jun H ong's thoughts on the treatment of this disease.She believes that"Yin and Yang imbalance"is the fiundamental cause of children's attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Pathogenesis is on the basis of children's physiology,with the characteristics of frequent deficiency of the five viscera,in which spleen,lung and kidney are mainly multi-qi deficiency,heart and liver are mainly multi-yin deficiency,so in a word”Qi and Yin deficiency".At the same time,there will be "disharmony between spleen and stomach" and "hyperactivity of spleen deficiency and liver".Spleen-deficient people are easy to produce phlegm and dampness,and children are physically weak,liver-qi not sheng,pathologically susceptible to external evil,all kinds of external evil are easy from cremation,or phlegm and dampness easily blocked,easy cremation,in short,will also appear'phlegm fire inside disturbance'.2.Through the analysis of"syndrome-medicine"and "medicine-medicine",it can be inferred that professor wang junhong's prescription ideas for the treatment of this disease,such as regulating Yin and Yang,invigorating qi and nourishing Yin,calming the spirit and anzhi,and strengthening the spleen and dampness.Because qi and Yin deficiency can lead to the weakness of the spleen and stomach,so the characteristic drugs are calamus tatarinowii,hawthorn and jinjin,which are helpful for the digestive function.If the syndromes of the children are mainly 'internal disturbance of phlegm heat syndrome',heat clearing and phlegm-resolving drugs should be reused,with peony rhizome and calamus gramineus as the main ones.Prevent at the same time consume gas injury Yin,spleen and stomach is weak wait for a disease,reason USES medlar fruit,chicken inside gold,hawthorn,aid at the same time shade is digested at the same time.When the syndrome of children is dominated by "spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity",it is mainly used for invigorating qi medicine and food reducing medicine,such as stir-fried atractylodes atractylodes,hawthorn and chicken internal medicine,while those who attach importance to spleen deficiency are prone to produce phlegm and dampness,so poria cocos and other hydrolytic and hygrative drugs are used.Spleen deficiency is easy to lead to liver by spleen,so uncaria and other liver polyp drugs.The disease is closely related to emotion,so the use of jujube kernel,acacia bark,radix polygala and other sedative drugs.In patients with the disease syndrome of 'disharmony between spleen and stomach syndrome',the use of drugs to fill qi drugs and xiaoshi drugs mainly,including white peony root,chicken internal medicine is the most commonly used,while filling the spleen to help digestion.At the same time,people with spleen deficiency tend to produce phlegm and dampness.The disease is basically related to emotions,so the use of jujube kernel,yuanzhi,conducive to the peace of mind.
