Purpose:This article retrospectively studied the clinical medical records of patients with hypomenorrhea treated in Professor Chen Ying's outpatient department, used the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)for data mining, and systematically summarized Professor Chen Ying's medication regularity and diagnosis and treatment experience in the treatment of hypomenorrhea, providing a reference and reference for clinicians to diagnose and treat the disease.Material and Method: The clinical cases of hypomenorrhea patients who visited the Outpatient Department of Professor Chen Ying from October 2018 to December 2020 were collected and screened according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.A total of 122 cases and 366 prescriptions were obtained.Establish the original database of Excel cases, standardize the processing of four diagnostic information, diagnosis, prescription medication and other data in the patient cases obtained from screening into the table, mine the data with the help of the "Statistical Report" and "Data Analysis" sections in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform(V2.5),summarize and discuss the results obtained, and summarize Professor Chen Ying's medication regularity and diagnosis and treatment experience of hypomenorrhea.Results:1.General conditions: The predilection age group of this disease was 36-40 years old, accounting for 36.07%;among them, the patients with 1/2 reduction of menstrual volume were the most(72.95%);there was no obvious inducement before onset(78.69%),26 patients(21.31%)had obvious inducement,of which the uterine cavity operation was the most(65.38%).2.Symptoms,tongue and pulse: The top 3 symptoms with the highest frequency were "light red meridians" 67 times,"menstrual blood clots" 65 times and "premenstrual breast distension" 51 times;among the tongue, the tongue color was mainly "light" 253 times(69.13%),and the tongue shape was mostly "teeth marks" and "fat",with a total of 287 times(78.42%);the pulse was mainly "fine veins",with 136 times(37.15%),followed by "fine veins" 86 times(23.50%).3.There were five types,95 cases(77.87%)of spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome,20 cases(19.39%)of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, and 5.74% of the other three types.4.Drug analysis:(1)366 prescriptions and 124 herbs were included in this study, and the top15 herbs with the highest frequency were Atractylodes macrocephala,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Chuanxiong,Poria cocos,Caulis Spatholobi,Cyperus rotundus,Cuscuta chinensis,Raspberry,Zelan,Leonurus heterophyllus,Citrus sinensis,Pinellia ternate 2)After manual statistics, the core drugs can be divided into six categories according to efficacy, and the frequency of drug use from high to low is blood-activating and stasis-dissipating drugs(27.72%),qiinvigorating drugs(20.65%),dampness-eliminating drugs(18.68%),qi-regulating drugs(13.26%),yang-tonifying drugs(12.65%),and yin-tonifying drugs(7.04%).(3),the medicinal properties of the drugs used were mainly warm(54.51%)and flat(29.83%);the medicinal taste was mainly sweet(33.69%),bitter(30.22%),and pungent(29.97%);and the meridians were most common in the liver meridian(24.57%),spleen meridian(22.93%),and kidney meridian(12.75%).5.Drug association rule analysis: A total of 33 common drug combinations were obtained, including 6 herbs, and the combinations with higher frequency were: Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos;Chuanxiong,Glycyrrhiza uralensis;Atractylodes macrocephala,Glycyrrhiza uralensis;Caulis Spatholobi,Atractylodes macrocephala The network display diagram between drugs showed that there was a close association between Poria cocos,Chuanxiong,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Atractylodes macrocephala,Caulis Spatholobi, and Cyperus rotundus drugs.6.Drug cluster analysis: Set the "correlation" to 8 and the "punishment" to 2,and obtain 8 pairs of potential core drug combinations;such as(1)Eucommia ulmoides — staghorn cream— Alisma orientalis;(2)Raspberry — leonurus — Morinda officinalis, etc.;after further clustering,4 potential new prescriptions are obtained:(1)Eucommia ulmoides — staghorn cream — Alisma orientalis — Leonurus officinalis;(2)Raspberry — leonurus officinalis —Morinda officinalis — lotus leaf — Coix seed;(3)Puhuang — Poria cocos — Cyperus rotundus — litchi seed — Atractylodes macrocephala;4 Aconite — myrrh — neem — litchi seed — Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.Conclusion:1.Professor Chen Ying believes that after the month is less marked by kidney deficiency, spleen deficiency,phlegm-dampness,blood stasis, and qi stagnation, most of them are deficiency and deficiency syndrome based on deficiency and deficiency syndrome in clinical practice;during the treatment, dialectical treatment, deficiency is made up,excess is made up,deficiency and deficiency are made up,while complying with the changes in the menstrual cycle for tonifying and reducing, the premenstrual period focuses on eliminating pathogens, and the postmenstrual period focuses on tonifying deficiency.2.Analysis of the patient's symptoms, tongue, and pulse can be concluded that clinical hypomenorrhea patients are mostly caused by spleen deficiency, kidney deficiency, phlegmdampness, blood stasis, and qi stagnation. However, spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome is rare, followed by kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.3.The characteristics of the tutor were as follows: most of the four qi were warm and flat, accounting for 84.34%;the five flavors were sweet, bitter and pungent, accounting for93.88%,and the meridians were mainly the liver meridian, spleen meridian and kidney meridian, accounting for 96.44%.4.Chuanxiong,Atractylodes macrocephala,Caulis Spatholobi,Cyperus rotundus,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Cuscuta chinensis,Raspberry,Poria cocos,Zelan,Leonurus heterophyllus,Citrus sinensis,Pinellia ternate, and Atractylodes lancea are the core drug combinations for the tutor to treat hypomenorrhea.
