Clinical Study Of Qufeng Zhike Recipe To Treat Cough Variant Asthma With Wind-excess Bronchia Spasm Syndrome

Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of the instructor's self-designed Qufeng Zhike recipe in the treatment of cough variant asthma with wind-excess bronchia spasm syndrome,the effectiveness and safety of Qufeng Zhike recipe were evaluated objectively and truly,and the clinical ideas and theoretical basis of this recipe in the treatment of this disease were discussed.Methods: Adopt the method of random,control study,80 outpatients with CVA in Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to October 2019 were selected,including 40 cases in observation group and 40 cases in control group.The control group was treated with procaterol hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with procaterol hydrochloride combined with Chinese medicine Qufeng Zhike prescription.The course of treatment was 2 weeks,and the follow-up was followed for 4 weeks after the termination of treatment period.Two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared,eg,the cough symptom scores,Leicester cough questionnaire(LCQ)scores,TCM syndrome integrals and effectiveness,exhaled nitric oxide value(Fe NO),Pulmonary function(FEV1,PEF)and recurrence rate 4 weeks after treatment.The results were analyzed statistically with SPSS23.0 statistical software.Results:(1)Cough symptom scores: the comparison between prior and after treatment in two groups has statistical different(P <0.05);compared between the two groups after treatment,observation group is better than the control(P <0.05).(2)LCQ scores: the comparison between period and after treatment in two groups has statistical different(P <0.05);the treatment of the two groups has clinical significance.Compared between the two groups,observation group is better than the control(P <0.05).(3)TCM syndrome integrals: the comparison between prior and after treatment in both groups has statistical difference(P <0.05),compared between the two groups after treatment,observation group is better than the control(P <0.05).(4)The effectiveness of TCM syndromes: the control and patency rate is 47.36%in the observation group and 17.95% in the control group;the total effective rate is94.74% in the observation group and 79.49% in the control group.The comparison in two groups has statistical different(P <0.05).(5)Expiratory nitric oxide concentration(Fe NO): the comparison between period and after treatment in observation group has statistical different(P <0.05);control group is no statistical difference(P>0.05).(6)Pulmonary function(FEV1,PEF): the comparison between prior and after treatment in two groups has no statistical different(P>0.05).(7)Recurrence rate 4 weeks after treatment: the observation group is 13.89%,and the control is 32.26%.The comparison in two groups has statistical different(P<0.05).(8)Two group in the process of treatment were not found obvious side effects.Conclusion: Qufeng Zhike recipe combined with western medicine in the treatment of cough variant asthma with wind-excess bronchia spasm syndrome can more effectively improve quality of life and clinical symptoms,meanwhile Qufeng Zhike recipe can reduce Fe NO and recurrence rate of CVA.It has the exact effect.
