Clinical Observation Of "left Rising And Right Falling" Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Post-stroke Depression (liver-qi Stagnation Type)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of "left ascending and right descending" acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke depression(liver qi stagnation type),and to provide a new idea and method for acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods: 60 Patients with post-grade depression of liver qi stagnation type were randomly included in treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group The Treatment group used the selection method left ascending and right descending,during the control group the conventional acupuncture method used.Acupuncture once a day for two Weeks.Married the Hamilton Reduction Scale and the clinical efficacy of both groups before and after treatment.Results: 1.Comparison of HAMD-17 scores between the left ascending and right descending acupuncture observation group and the conventional acupuncture control group: there was significant difference in HAMD scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that the two acupoint selection methods can play a better role in improving the depressive symptoms of PSD patients;There was significant difference in HAMD score between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05),indicating that the left ascending right descending acupuncture observation group was better than the conventional acupuncture control group in improving depression symptoms.2.Comparison of TCM syndrome rating scale scores between the left ascending and right descending acupuncture observation group and the conventional acupuncture control group: there was a significant difference between the scores of the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that the two acupoint selection methods can play a better role in improving the depression of PSD patients;There was significant difference in the scores of TCM syndrome rating scale between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05),indicating that the left ascending right descending acupuncture observation group was better than the conventional acupuncture control group in improving the depressive symptoms of patients.Conclusion: the results of this study show that the left ascending and right descending acupoint selection method and conventional acupoint selection acupuncture have good curative effect on post-stroke depression of liver qi stagnation type.The left ascending and right descending acupoint selection method is superior to the conventional acupoint selection method in reducing the clinical symptoms of patients.And the left ascending and right descending acupoint selection method is less precise,which can alleviate the pain of patients to a certain extent,has reliable curative effect,and is easier to be accepted by patients.
