Clinical Study On Acupuncture Treatment Of Depression Shu Yuan With Liver Qi Stagnation Type After Stroke

Objective:through the observation of the use of acupuncture of Shu-Yuan acupuncture method therapy in the treatment of liver qi stagnation type of post stroke depression (post-stroke depression, PSD) clinical efficacy, clinical research to explore the effective treatment of PSD.Methods:64 patients met the inclusion criteria of liver qi stagnation type PSD patients were randomly divided into two groups to observe the clinic, 32 patients in treatment group and control group with 32 cases. The treatment group used Shu-Yuan acupuncture method treatment, the control group with oral administration of Western medicine for Prozac, two groups were 2 weeks duration of treatment for 1 courses.4 courses of treatment to be unified,8 weeks after the treatment the curative effect observation and statistics. This treatment has been selected the patients before and after the western Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score and TCM syndrome, and changes were compared before and after treatment HAMD Depression Scale score and TCM syndrome score, each score were compared between and within groups, and the correlation analysis of the data, the data statistical analysis was performed using SPSS17.0 software.Results:1 Two in the observation group were treated for 4 weeks,8 weeks later, Hamilton (HAMD) scores were significantly decreased than before treatment, after treatment, there was significant difference (P<0.05). Tip two group in treatment showed significant antidepressant effect.2 Two in the observation group were treated for 4 weeks,8 weeks after the TCM syndrome score decreased gradually, in before and after treatment were compared, with significant difference (P<0.05). Tip two group has better effect for improving the clinical symptoms of patients with PSD.3.Between the two in observation group after 4 weeks of treatment were compared, Hamilton (HAMD) scores and TCM symptoms the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).4 Between the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment were compared, Hamilton (HAMD) and TCM syndrome score display, there was a significant difference between two groups (p<0.05), further suggest that acupuncture treatment group is better than the drugs for clinical curative effect in the treatment of liver qi stagnation type in patients with PSD group.Conclusion:The first Shu-Yuan acupuncture method therapy for treatment is better than western medicine Prozac clinical liver qi stagnation type in patients with PSD, TCM syndrome and depression status of patients with PSD can significantly improve clinical this disease, acupuncture of Shu-Yuan acupuncture method therapy is the treatment of liver qi stagnation type PSD a clinical more safe and effective method.
