Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder Combined With Acupuncture Therapy In The Treatment Of Depression After Stroke(Qi Stagnation Fire Type)Clinical Study

Purpose: This subject is the use of Danzhi Xiaoyao San combined with acupuncture therapy in the treatment of depression after stroke(liver stagnation fire type)clinical research.Method: Study on 64 cases of depression in the two Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of encephalopathy rehabilitation treatment area after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group is taken Danzhi Xiaoyao San combined with acupuncture therapy,the control group took Danzhi Xiaoyaosan,observing the clinical curative effect for 60 days.Before and after the treatment.The treatment group and the control group of patients with HAMD scale,ADL scale,NIHSS stroke scale,TCM syndrome score.Result: To observe the clinical curative effect of the patients in the treatment group,Hamilton Depression Scale HAMD the total effective rate was 84.38%,control group total effective rate was 71.88%,with a statistically significant statistically(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group Hamilton Depression Scale HAMD was better than the control group.The treatment group the curative effect of TCM syndromes in patients with the total effective rate was 87.50% the control group,the total effective rate was 75.00%,with a statistically significant statistically(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group of TCM syndrome was significantly better than the control group.The treatment group with NIHSS scale scores than the control group after treatment A display,two groups of patients after treatment with NIHSS score decreased significantly,no significant difference(P>0.05),treatment group and control group after treatment ADL score of ADL value comparison showed that two groups of patients after treatment,daily life ability scale ADL score did not decrease significantly,no significant the difference(P>0.05),comprehensive Hamilton Depression Scale HAMD and curative effect of TCM syndrome,proof of Danzhi Xiaoyao San combined with acupuncture therapy in the treatment of depression after stroke(liver stagnation fire type)has obvious curative effect,and is better than the treatment effect of Danzhixiaoyao powder addition and subtraction.Conclusion: The clinical study confirmed that Danzhixiaoyao powder decoction combined with acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the treatment of post strokedepression(liver stagnation fire type)the clinical symptoms of the patients,the clinical effect is good,worthy of further research and application in depth.
