Clinical Observation On Buzhong Yiqi Decoction And Zengye Chengqi Decoction In Treating Functional Constipation(Effects Of Qi And Yin Deficiency)

Objective: Based on observation of the clinical cases,which were diagnosed as functional constipation(qi and yin deficiency syndrome)by Li Dongyuan's "Inner and Outer Injury and Discrimination" Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Qing Dynasty Wutang "Wen disease strip differentiation" Zengye Chengqi Decoction.The paper is to observe clinical therapeutic effect and safety of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Zengye Chengqi Decoction as well as the more flexible application of drugs and provide a more reasonable and effective treatment for clinical therapeutic.Methods: Patients from the Department of Hepatic Spleen and Gastroenterology,Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from January 2018 to December 2018,all of whom were qi and yin deficiency syndrome were randomly selected.The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.The treatment group was given Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Zengye Chengqi Decoction.The dosage was 150 ml,2 times per day,warm taking after breakfast and dinner.The control group was treated with Tongle Granules(Huaying Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,Approval No.:Z10970084),The dosage was 12 grams,2 times per day,taking after breakfast and dinner.The course of treatment lasted for 28 days.During the treatment,the symptoms of the two groups were closely observed and recorded in the 0th week,the 2nd week and the 3rd week of the test,while changes of symptoms were compare in patients with the functional constipation before and after treatment.Results: After 28-days courses of treatment,in the treatment group,there were 13 cured cases,8 markedly improved cases,7 improved cases,2 null cases,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,there were 7 cured cases and 10 markedly improved cases,7 improved cases and 6 null cases.The total effective rate was 80.00%.The healed rate was higher in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05),the comparison of symptom improvement performance between the two groups showed obvious difference(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups of patients.Conclusion: Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and ZengYe Chengqi Decoction can effectively relieve the symptoms of constipation in patients with functional constipation(qi and yin deficiency syndrome),and has the advantages of good curative effect and high safety.It is an effective and safe treatment for patients with functional constipation(qi and yin deficiency syndrome).
