Clinical Observation Of Modified Zengye Chengqi Umbilical Paste In The Treatment Of Opioid-related Constipation With Yin Deficiency And Intestinal Dryness Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Zengyi Chengqi Umbilical Sticky on intestinal dryness type OIC.Methods: Adopt the method of random parallel control,select qualified opioids correlation constipation Yin deficiency of 56 patients with intestinal dry permit,in accordance with the order number before and after using the random number table method,28 cases were divided into treatment group(basic + increased flavored liquid bearing gas umbilical sticking therapy)and 28 cases of control group(basic + flour umbilical paste)treatment in the two groups in 7 days for a course of treatment Respectively to compare the two groups before and after treatment of TCM symptom scores clinical effectiveness and safety function score,using statistical analysis conclusion.Results:(1)Evaluation of TCM symptom scores: there was no statistical significance in TCM symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05);The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05).In the treatment group,there was statistical significance before and after treatment(p<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the control group before and after treatment(p >0.05).The results showed that the symptom scores of TCM were significantly reduced in the treatment group.(2)Clinical efficacy evaluation of the application: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 78.57%;The control group was 0%.Compared with the two groups,Jiawei Zengye Chengqi umbilical patch had clinical efficacy(p<0.05).(3)KPS score: There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05).The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05).There was statistical significance in the treatment group before and after treatment(p<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the control group before and after treatment(p > 0.05).It shows that the treatment group can improve the physical condition of patients.(4)Evaluation of adverse reactions: The skin of 1 patient in the treatment group turned red after acupoint application,while there was no local reaction in the control group,showing no statistical difference(p >0.05).Conclusion: Jiaw Jiawei Zengye Chengqi Umbilical Sticky can more effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with opioid-related constipation Yin deficiency bowel dryness syndrome,improve the patients’ physical fitness,safe and effective.
