Clinical Observation Of Chuankezhi Zusanli Injection Therapy On Bronchial Asthma In Clinical Control Period

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zu San Li acupoint injection with Chuankezhi injection on the clinical control period of bronchial asthma,and to preliminarily evaluate its safety.Methods: The study is based on the diagnostic criteria of bronchial asthma,and according to the inclusion criteria and the exclusion criteria,72 patients were selected from outpatient department and inpatient department of the affiliated hospital of Hunan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020.Methods a randomized control group,all of patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 36 cases and control group of 36 cases.The treatment group was treated with Salmeterol Xinafoateand Fluticasone Propionate Powder for Inhalation+Zu San Li acupoint injection with Chuankezhi injection,the control group was treated with Salmeterol Xinafoateand Fluticasone Propionate Powder for Inhalation+Zu San Li acupoint injection with Sodium Chloride injection.Both groups took 14 days as the course of treatment.The treatment effect was evaluated by the scores of TCM syndromes,lung function(FEV1,FEV1/FVC%),ACT scores,peripheral blood eosinophil(EOS)count and the number of symptom attacks within half a year of the two groups before and after treatment.Preliminary evaluation of its safety with laboratory tests(RBC,WBC,PLT,ALT,AST,BUN,Cr)and adverse reaction records.Results: Among the 72 patients,5 cases fell off due to incomplete treatment and failure of follow-up,and a total of 67 cases completed this study finally,including 33 cases in the treatment group and 34 cases in the control group.(1)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of 2 groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.01),the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);(2)Comparison of lung function(FEV1,FEV1/FVC%):after treatment,lung function of the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The improvement of FEV1 in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of ACT scores: after treatment,ACT scores in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment,showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).ACT scores in the treatment group were significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).(4)Comparison of peripheral blood EOS count:after treatment,peripheral blood EOS count in the control group had no significant change,but decreased in the treatment group(P<0.05);(5)Comparison of the number of symptom attack in half a year:after treatment,the number of symptom attack in half a year in both groups was significantly reduced compared with that before treatment,with significant statistical difference(P<0.01),the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(6)Comparison of efficacy:after treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group(90.91%)was better than that in the control group(82.35%)(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of comprehensive efficacy in the treatment group(93.94%)was better than that in the control group(79.41%)(P<0.05).(7)Safety evaluation:There was no significant change in the relevant laboratory examination items between the two groups,and no record of adverse reactions.Conclusion: Zu San Li acupoint injection with Chuankezhi injection can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with bronchial asthma in the clinical control period,reduce TCM syndrome scores,improve FEV1,decrease peripheral blood EOS count,improve ACT score,reduce the number of symptom attacks,so as to improve the quality of life of patients;The safety of this study is good.
