| ObjectiveIn this study, through clinical trials, more Self-blood Acupoint Injection Therapy and Auto-moxibustion Therapy for treatment of bronchial asthma with ACT score and AQLQ score of observation, compared the clinical efficacy evaluation of the effectiveness of Self-blood Acupoint Injection Therapy and Auto-moxibustion Therapy, to provide clinical basis for Self-blood Acupoint Injection Therapy in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods70 cases from Integrative Medicine Hospital of Guangdong Province outpatient department of respiration the remission of asthma patients were randomly divided into two groups。Both groups have 35 cases and choice same acupoints. The Self-blood Acupoint Injection group will be exsanguinated 3ml blood, then injected into acupo ints,2 times a week. The Auto-mox i bust ion group will be applicated with the Auto-moxibustion plaster on the acupoints. Day time once every day moxibustion. According to the record of the visit and compared before and after treatment of Asthma Control Test (ACT) score and Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire (AQLQ) score, curative effect evaluation.ResultsThere was no significant difference in age, sex, course of disease and ACT scale score and AQLQ scale score between the self blood group and the day moxibustion group before treatment. There was no significant difference in the ACT scale score and AQLQ scale score between the two groups after treatment and 60 days after treatment, the blood group and the day moxibustion group were not statistically significant (P>0.05). The two groups before treatment, after treatment and followed up for 60 days of the ACT scale score, AQLQ scale score group of two two contrast, all have significant statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion1、Both Auto-moxibustion Therapy and Self-blood Acupoint Injection Therapy are effective in treating Bronchial Asthma.2、There is no significant differdence between Auto-moxibustion Therapy and Self-blood Acupoint Injection Therapy... |
