Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, called CHD, may occur in diabetes, and diabetes can also occur in diabetes diagnosis or after. It is very common for coronary heart disease patients to combine with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT),and hyperglycemia is an important risk factor of coronary heart disease .The death rate of diabetes combined with coronary heart disease is higher than the general population at least 3-4times. The study investigated the prevalence of coronary heart disease combined with hyperglycemia .with its etiology, pathology and various treatment methods , focusing on their type of traditional Chinese medicine certificate explored.[End]Observed the originating rate of coronary heart disease patients combined with hyperglycemia in our hospital, explored this disease and type of evidence-based traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis law for timely intervention to control hyperglycemia, improve the prognosis of coronary heart disease, and traditional Chinese medicine treatment for the disease with theoretical basis.[Method]Who admitted to the coronary heart disease patients unknown blood glucose should take the orally glucose tolerance test (OGTT), while the known record blood glucose of limosis and leaving or random glucose, random samples of some patients' diastatic hemoglobin values. Observed coronary heart disease patients taking blood pressure, blood lipid, family history and smoking, analyze the establishment of a group of coronary heart disease and a group of coronary heart disease combined with hyperglycemia. Explored pathogenesis of the latter in traditional Chinese medicine, focusing on their type of Chinese medicine certificate explored.[Results]This study collected 190 cases of coronary heart disease patients, 146 ofwhich combing with hyperglycemia, accounting for 76. 84%, and 44cases of sugar normal, accounting for 23. 16%. Random sampling 40 patients' diastatic hemoglobin values, 35 of hyperglycemia , the value is 6.74 + 1.49%, and 5 of normal sugar, the value is 5.2 ±0.22%.Both of them have a significant difference(P>0. 05). Main certificate type of combined with hyperglycemia is the syndrome of deficiency of qi, accounting for 55.48% , and secondary certificate type is the syndrome of deficiency of yang, accounting for 13. 01%. Main certificate type of simple coronary heart disease is also the syndrome of deficiency of qi, accounting for 50%, followed by the syndrome of stagnation of qi .accounting for 20. 45%.There is a significant difference between secondary certificate type of two group(P<0. 05) . According to the deficiency and excess , syndrome of deficiency type of coronary heart disease is 113, accounting for 77.4%, while syndrome of excess type is 33, accounting for 22.6%. The former of simple coronary heart disease is 27, accounting for 61.36%, while the latter is 17, accounting for 38. 64%. There is a significant difference between two groups. (P<0. 05)After diagnosed by the coronary artery' s video pictures, there are 55 patients. 41 of them are coronary heart disease combing with hyperglycemia, and 14of them are simple coronary heart disease. Main certificate type of the former is syndrome of deficiency of qi, accounting for 63.41%, followed by syndrome of stagnation of qi, accounting for 12. 2%. Main certificate type of the latter is syndrome of stagnation of qi , accounting for 42.86%, followed by syndrome of deficiency of qi , accounting for 28. 57%. There is a significant difference between them .[Conclusion]Originating rate of abnormal sugar metabolism is high in coronary heart disease patients. Rate of missed diagnosis is 59.59% without OGTT. Diabetes is the main risk factor to coronary heart disease, and it is as dangerous as coronary heart disease. Main pathogenesis of coronary heart disease is deficiency of qi or stagnation of qi, always matching with phlegm and stagnation of blood. Accumulation of pathogenic cold and deficiency of yin are rare. The principle of treatment to these patients is invigorating qi or promoting the circulation of qi, paying attention to "resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation" . Pathogenesis of coronary heart disease patients combing with hyperglycemia is not "deficiency of yin cause to dryness and heat" . "Polydipsia, polyphagia, diuresis and becoming thin" is also rare. While the syndrome of deficiency of qi and the syndrome of stagnation of qi , combing with phlegm or blood stasis are common. Clinical treatment to them is invigorating qi, promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm. As to long cause of disease and obvious syndrome of deficiency of yang , it is necessary to combing with warming yang. In Guangdong area, climate is ratherdampness. Phlegm and blood stagnation are important during coronary heart disease and diabetes coming on. So "resolving phlegm" .. "promoting blood circulation" should be used often.
