Objective: Chinese medicine smoked eye with sodium hyaluronate eye dropsfor dry eye clinical observation,clear indications and promote the use of the target,lay the foundation for the theory of accumulation and clinical.Method:48cases96eyes dry eye patients were randomly divided intotreatment and control groups, Chinese medicine smoked eye treatment group (drugcomposition: Chrysanthemum30g, Abalone20g, Prunella20g, Me dlar15g,Ophiopogon15g, Habitat15g) With the Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops, Thetreatment group simply drop the use the Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops.10daysfor a course of treatment, were treated with three courses of one month.Results: One month after the therapy, the Schirmer test, tear film breakuptime, corneal fluorescein staining of the three tests were the observation group wassignificantly better than the control group （p<0.05）,before and after treatment, p<0.01significant difference. Treatme nt group24cases,48eyes of18cases cured,4improved,2cases, the total efficiency of95.84%; The control group of24cases,48eyes of7cases cured, improved in14, and3cases, the total efficiency of87.50%. The two groups had significant difference (p <0.05).Conclusion: Through clinical observation, to prove that smoked eyes ofChinese medicine with good curative effect of sodium hyaluronate eye drops fordry eye, no side effects, with the value of clinical application.
