Clinical Observation Of Tiaorong Huoluo Powder On Lumbar Disc Herniation (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: Through the clinical observation of the curative effect of Tiaorong Huoluo Powder in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),it provides certain guidance for clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,64 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation from the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,and the patients were included in the control according to the order of their enrollment.Group and observation group,32 patients in each group.Before treatment,both groups received health education related to lumbar disc herniation,rested on a hard bed,avoided sitting for a long time,and avoided high-intensity physical activity for a long time.And instruct patients to exercise basic waist and back functions.The observation group was treated with Tiaorong Huoluo Powder,and the control group was treated with Yaobitong Capsules.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Compare their TCM syndrome scores,JOA score of lumbar spine,VAS score and pain improvement before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment.The data were sorted and recorded,and SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical analysis to compare the curative effect between the two groups.Results:(1)There were no statistically significant differences in gender,age,course of disease,and related scoring standards before treatment between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05),and they were comparable;(2)Intra-group comparison:After 2 weeks of treatment,the two groups The TCM syndrome score,JOA score of lumbar spine,VAS score and pain improvement after 4 weeks of treatment were better than those before treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;(3)Comparison between groups: The observation group was treated after 2 weeks of treatment.After 4 weeks,the TCM syndrome score,JOA score of lumbar spine,VAS score and pain improvement were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.It shows that the observation group is better than the control group in improving the symptoms of lumbar disc herniation(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).Conclusion: Tiaorong Huoluo Powder is more effective than Yaobitong Capsule in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),and the curative effect is satisfactory.
