Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction On Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation (qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of the Chinese traditional medicine "shen tong zhu yu decoction" in Lumbar Dise Herniation(LDH).Methods: 60 cases Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation were randomly divided into two grouPs,Treatment grouP of 30 Patients given oral decoction Decoction "shen tong zhu yu decoction" ,consisting of: Gentiana 3g,Chuan Xiong 6g,Peach kernel 9g,safflower 9g,licorice 6g,NotoPterygium 3g,angelica 9g,Wuling fat fried 6g,CyPerus 3g,Achyranthes 9g,earthworm 6g,Myrrh 6g.Dosage is: 1 day,cook 2 times against the uniform,2 week course.of treatment:In the control grouP,30 Patients were treated with Shujin Huoxue tablets.ReciPe consisting of: XiangjiaPi,dog ridge,natural coPPer,mistletoe,travertine,safflower,glutinous grass,sPatholobus,fragrant,zealand.Oral 5 tablets a day,3 times a day,2 weeks for a course of treatment.Both grouPs of Patients were asked to avoid the cold during the clinical observation study,rest in a hard bed,and sto P taking other drugs.VAS scores and clinical efficacy were observed and recorded before and after treatment.The data of two grouPs were analyzed and comPared.Results:In the treatment grouP: 7 cases were cured,14 cases considerably imProvement,7cases imProved,2 cases inefficacy.The effectiverate is 93.3%,control grouP:3 cases were cured,6 cases showed considerableimProvement,12 cases imProved,9cases inefficacy,The effective rate is70.0%.The two grouPs were tested by rank sum test,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:It is effective that taking with "shen tong zhu yudecoction" treat LDH.
