Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Using Shentong Zhuyu Decoction And Ironing To Treat Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation (qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shentongzhuyu Decoction combined with ironing on lumbar disc herniation(Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),and to provide guidance for clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation(Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).Methods:60 patients with lumbar disc herniation(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)were selected from the outpatient department of orthopedics and pain physiotherapy department of the first affiliated hospital of hunan university of traditional chinese medicine according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this subject.The clinical trial cases were divided into treatment group,control group and 30 cases in each group.Treatment group on the basis of routine treatment,Shentongzhuyu decoction combined with ironing treatment;control group on the basis of routine treatment with ironing treatment.All patients were treated with TCM external treatment once a day,about 40 minutes each time,the course of treatment was 2 weeks.VAS score and quantitative evaluation of TCM symptoms before and after treatment Evaluate the patient's curative effect,record the relevant data,and use the SPSS 22.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age,sex and course of disease between the treatment group and the control group,and the two groups were comparable.2.intra-group comparison:the quantitative scores and VAS scores of TCM symptoms obtained before and after each treatment in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05),indicating that both the treatment group and the control group had better clinical efficacy and could alleviate the symptoms related to lumbar disc herniation.3.Comparison between groups:after two weeks of treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group in analgesic effect,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shentongzhuyu decoction combined with ironing treatment of lumbardisc herniation(Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)has a better clinical effect,and in the short term has a better analgesic effect.
