Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome By No

Objective:The clinical curative effect observation of Yaotuitong II recipe in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Syndrome(QSBSS).Methods:Patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Syndrome treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from December 2019-2020 December were selected.Patients were divided into two groups.The test group(Yaotuitong ? recipe)has 36 cases when the control group(waist bi tong capsule)has 36 cases in the same time.62 cases(31 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group)were finally collected for some reasons,including expulsion and discontinuation of treatment.Patients in both groups received general treatment.The treatment group was treated with waist and leg pain II for 2 weeks,and the control group was treated with waist and leg pain capsule for 2 weeks.Periodic observation to understand the patient's symptoms and improvement of physical examination.Observe compared the two groups before treatment,after treatment 1 week,JOA,Visual Analogue Score(VAS)and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score.The data were analyzed by SPSS22 software.Results:There was no statistical significance in age,course of disease,degree of pain,pre-treatment VAS score,JOA score and TCM syndrome scoring method between the two groups.After 2 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores were lower than those before treatment in two groups(P<0.05).The improvement was more obvious in the treatment group.There is significant difference in JOA score and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lumbago and leg pain ? in order to effectively(QSBSS)treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,to relieve symptoms and improve the syndromes are effective.There was no obvious adverse reaction after short-term treatment,which is a therapeutic method for further promotion and research.
