County level public general hospital is the main body of medical treatment in the county.The ability of hospital management and the effect of diagnosis and treatment are related to the medical service level enjoyed by the people of the county.To run a county-level people's hospital well is the responsibility of the government and hospitals for people's health.Hospitals should renew their ideas,take the initiative to change,adjust their structure,innovate and develop,and run hospitals that are satisfactory to the masses.With the acceleration of the reform of the national medical system,the original organizational structure of the hospital can not adapt to the changes of the policy environment,and it is difficult to meet the needs of the people to relieve the disease.This paper takes sy county hospital as the research object,using organizational change theory,organizational structure theory and other organizational management knowledge,through literature review,expert interview,case analysis and other research methods,analyzes the current situation,existing problems and causes of the organizational management of SY county hospital,focusing on the change of the organizational structure of SY county hospital,through comparison and reference of similar hospital organizations Based on the practice case of reform and the current situation of the organizational structure of SY county hospital,the reform plan is formulated,the appropriate organizational structure is selected,the safeguard measures are put forward,and the gradual organizational reform is carried out.Based on the reality of SY county hospital,this paper restricts the over centralized decision-making power through organizational reform,improves the function of organizational structure through the adjustment of functional organization setting,and reduces the friction and wrangle between departments due to the scramble of patients through the optimization of clinical departments setting.After the reform,the organizational structure can strengthen the executive power,ensure smooth information communication,clear responsibilities and rights,and improve the enthusiasm of employees.The main achievement of this paper is that the new organizational structure replaces the original organizational structure,which greatly improves the management efficiency and the public medical environment...
