Organizational Identification (OI) can explain and forecast many important attitudes and behaviors at work. Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCBs) can in the aggregate promotes the effective functioning of the organization. Employees will show many OCBs on the premise that they have strong 01, so it is necessary to study the influence of employees'OI to OCBs.The main purpose for this dissertation is to discuss the influence of employees' OI to OCBs in the public hospitals. The research studies the differences of 01 and OCBs on different population statistical variables and different public hospital employees and influences thereof on OI and OCBs.In this paper, based on a review on the literature on the related variables and experts'consultation, we decided OI and OCBs'dimensions. Then we proposed a basic theoretical hypothesis by applying the theory on organizational behavior. Data were collected from 523 employees in the public hospitals in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, mainly using questionnaires. The theoretical hypothesis had been analyzed by using SPSS statistical analysis and the hypothesis was largely supported. The main results were showed as follows:A significant affects from Organizational Identification to the Organizational Citizenship Behaviors; Organizational Identifications and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors has obviously differences on employees from different public hospital; Different Population Statistical Variables is an important antecedent of Organizational Identifications and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors.After analysis the result and value of this study, the limitation of this research and the direction of study in the future have been discussed.
