Research On The Evaluation Of Community Medical Service Quality From The Perspective Of The Elderly

With the deepening of aging and the transformation of disease spectrum,the health service demand of the elderly is increasing.High quality community health service is of great significance to meet the health service demand of the elderly,relieve the pressure of aging and promote the realization of healthy aging.Based on the three-dimensional theory of "structure process result",this paper takes the elderly as the main body of medical service quality evaluation,establishes the community medical service quality evaluation model,uses questionnaire survey to collect data,uses spss25.0 and amos23.0 to analyze the reliability and validity,descriptive analysis,single factor analysis and multi factor Logistic regression analysis,and analyzes the quality and excess of community medical service structure in Kunming Evaluate the quality of process and results,and put forward improvement measures and suggestions to improve the quality of community medical services and promote the realization of healthy aging.Through the research,we found that: community medical facilities,medical service ability,Department perfection,waiting time,referral service and diagnosis and treatment effect are some aspects of the low evaluation of the elderly.There are differences in the evaluation of community medical service quality among the elderly with different demographic characteristics.The higher the annual income,the lower the evaluation of the structural quality;the unmarried / divorced / widowed elderly have lower evaluation of the structural quality and process quality.There are differences in the evaluation of community medical service quality among the elderly with different health conditions,and the evaluation of structure and result quality is lower among the elderly with two or more chronic diseases.Different utilization of community medical services by the elderly will affect the evaluation of the quality of community medical services.The elderly who do not use community medical and health services as a follow-up institution for chronic diseases have a lower evaluation of the quality of the structure.The lower the frequency of visiting community medical services in the past year,the lower the evaluation of the quality of the process and results.The elderly who have strong intention of signing a contract with familydoctors have a lower evaluation of the quality of the process and results Structure quality,process quality and result quality are all highly evaluated.Therefore,community medical institutions should promote the deepening of services for the elderly,increase the infrastructure oriented by the needs of the elderly,improve the construction of community health human resources;in addition,they should give full play to the advantages of community medical and health services,and provide diversified services for the elderly oriented by the needs of different elderly people.
