Research On The "integration Of Medical Care And Nursing Care" Pension Model In A County Hospital Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:In recent years,the increasing aging of the old age brings great challenges to our country,the contradiction between the diversification of the old people’s pension needs and the insufficient supply of medical care for the pension agency.In this regard,the state introduced a number of pension services to promote the development of the policy document,to explore the combination of medical care and nursing service,to improve the ability of medical services of the pension institutions,to meet the needs of the elderly pension.Encouraged by the policy,traditional Chinese medical hospital began to explore the combination of medical care and nursing service.This model meets the needs of the elderly with the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,and to provide health care rehabilitation for the elderly,yet accomplish much.This pattern has injected new impetus for the development of pension services.The investigation of Hebei Province Chinese Medicine Hospital of a County medical support combined with rehabilitation nursing home,do the SWOT analysis of it,and on this basis,to provide ideas for the traditional Chinese medicine hospital construct for the combination of medical care and nursing service,to provide reference for the introduction of relevant policies.Research Method:Preliminary study,mainly through literature research,do the interviews with a county hospital responsible person,preliminary understanding of the situation of a County Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine nursing home,after that,combined with literature to carry out field researches,questionnaires and interviews and so on.Focus on the collection of information related to Medical and pension services,SWOT analysis of it,study of traditional Chinese hospital to explore the combination of medical care and nursing service.Research Contents:Through literature and network data search research progress of the combination of medical care and nursing service in China,and analysis of the pattern and characteristics of the combination of medical care and nursing service in foreign countries;This study explores the development of the status quo from the organization level and the elderly individual level of a County Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine’s Medical and pension services,construction of the hospital SWOT analysis model;Through the above analysis,To explore the policy of restricting the development of traditional Chinese medicine hospital do the combination of medical care and nursing service,and put forward relevant policy recommendations.Results:In recent years,The population aging speed in this County,Traditional pension model is difficult to meet the growing demand for the elderly,The birth of a County Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine nursing home make up the other pension institutions’ medical professional defects.In promoting their own development at the same time,give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese Medicine,at a low price,professional health care services and considerate life care have been admitted to the elderly.But there are still many problems in the development of Medical and pension services,main show is:At present,the relevant laws and regulations for medical institutions to raise the combination of medical care is not perfect,they can only move forward in exploration;The traditional Chinese Medicine do daycare Hospital with multiple management,different functions of different departments,it’s bad for the Medical and pension services’ developing;Nursing home,with little income,shortage of funds,is not conducive to long-term development;The lack of professional nursing staff;Limited bed and limited service population;Old people stay in chaos,not easy to manage,etc.Conclusion:For this purpose,the author made the following recommendations from the government level,hospital level and social level through the investigation of a County Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine to explore the combination of medical support:First of all,the government level,government management needs to be further standardized,improve management standards and price setting specifications;To strengthen communication and cooperation among the various departments of the government,and avoid right segmentation;Clear management subject and tighten oversight;Guarantee the government’s financial input and introducing social capital,To explore the establishment of the elderly care insurance system,make a County Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine to raise funds to diversify;Strengthening the professional training of nursing staff.Increase the intensity of personnel training and introduce professional nursing staff;Secondly,the hospital level,should introduce social capital,clarify the focus of traditional Chinese medical hospital when they are exploring the combination of medical care and nursing service;Rich model of the combination of medical care and nursing service;Full play the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the exploration of the combination of medical care and nursing service in a County Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine.Finally,the social level,should guide the media to actively promote,encourage social donations and set up a volunteer team,to encourage their participation in the medical support services.
