| Objective:To investigate the current situation of the combination of TCM and elderly residents in Beijing,analyze the existing problems and put forward countermeasures and Suggestions.Methods:1.Literature research method.Through reading and sorting out relevant domestic and foreign literatures,policies and regulations and other materials,I got to know the background knowledge and development of the combination of TCM and TCM in Beijing,sorted out relevant standards,norms,index systems and existing problems,and made basic preparations for the design of questionnaires.2.Expert interview and field investigation.To understand the implementation situation of Beijing's TCM medical care integration development policy,the experience of TCM medical care integration project,the problems existing in the development of TCM medical care integration,and the countermeasures and Suggestions.3.Questionnaire survey.Investigation of Beijing four pilot area of medicine medical 23 home keep of pilot units and Beijing xicheng district,shunyi district M M old-age care center of geriatric hospital,M community endowment service station in daxing district,chaoyang district 4 M community health service center unit of 125 elderly residents,understand the Beijing Chinese medicine medical support based on traditional Chinese medical pilot unit care combination service of elderly residents:73.4%of elderly residents have demand for TCM medical care combination service,while 26.6%of elderly residents have no demand for TCM medical care combination service for the time being.2.Elderly residents'cognition of TCM combination:59.0%of the elderly are unclear about community TCM combination.Only 4.0%of the elderly residents have a good understanding of TCM and have used it.12.0%of the elderly residents had a good understanding of TCM,and 25.0%had some knowledge of TCM.Research conclusion:1.The development trend of TCM medical care combination in Beijing is good:(1)Elderly residents have demands for TCM medical care combination service.The survey results show that 72.8%of the elderly residents have a demand for the combined services of TCM.and the demand for most of the combined services of TCM is 40%?50%.(2)The combined operations of TCM in Beijing are diversified.Beijing medical have combined with the operation mode of traditional Chinese medicine mainly includes:establishing the Chinese medicine health care zone,development of traditional Chinese medicine health care package,add endowment association of traditional Chinese medicine health,establishing "card package strongholds" series traditional Chinese medicine health care model,establishing the combination of traditional Chinese medicine health endowment online these five service way,operation mode and varied.(3)Participation of TCM service content as an important part of the service content of combining medical care with nursing care.The Chinese medical pilot unit provides a combination of practice of traditional Chinese medicine combining services include 19 species,among them,the health management service,establishing health records,rehabilitation guidance services,health care consulting services,Chinese medicine and medical these five services to provide more service content is an important content of Chinese medicine to participate in medical combination of services.(4)Rich content of TCM services in the combination of medical and nursing care.Among the surveyed pilot units integrating TCM with nursing,there are many types of TCM,and 21 types of TCM services are provided.Among them,massage service,cupping service,acupuncture service,TCM health and elderly care service area--chronic disease prevention and treatment,and scraping service are provided in a large number.In addition,more than 50 percent of the pilot units integrating TCM with nursing can provide 10 TCM services.(5)Institutions engaged in combined medical and nursing services attach importance to the use of TCM services.Through field research and questionnaire survey,it is found that community health service institutions,hospitals,clinics,outpatient departments,community pension service stations,other types of institutions and pension service companies can provide TCM services.(6)Appropriate technologies of traditional Chinese medicine for the elderly have been promoted to some extent.Through the investigation,it is found that among the appropriate techniques for the elderly,He Puren fire needle,Wang combination is low;The management mechanism is not perfect and lacks uniform service standard and management standard;The legal system is not perfect,and the unified long-term care insurance system few questions and only focused on the combined services of traditional Chinese medicine and nursing care and traditional Chinese medicine,which could not fully understand the needs of elderly
