Since the new normal of economic development,China’s large cities have faced both new challenges brought about by globalization and localization,as well as new opportunities brought about by a new round of industrial revolution.As an important spatial carrier carrying industrialization,industrial parks on the edge of large cities have undergone a drastic transformation of functional reorganization and spatial reconstruction,and some of them have entered a new stage of transformation into a comprehensive industrial city.This thesis takes Hangzhou Qiantang Smart City as the research object,in the early days of reform and opening up,it was accompanied by the agglomeration of township enterprises to form a town and village industrial park,the development zone has become a large-scale expansion of the industrial park under the boom in the construction of the development zone,and since entering the new normal,it has embarked on the urban development path of industrial park transformation,and the spatial evolution process of Qiantang Smart City reflects the general law of the development of industrial parks in the marginal areas of China’s large cities to a certain extent.The research framework follows the logic of "feature analysis-mechanism analysis-experience enlightenment",first of all,the process of construction,development and transformation and renewal of Qiantang Smart City is divided into three stages: Jiubao Town Industrial Park Period,Jianggan District Science and Technology Park Period and Qiantang Smart City Period,on this basis,the evolution process and characteristics of the research objects in the five aspects of spatial form,land use scale,spatial structure,spatial layout and spatial development are described,and then how the dynamic mechanism that produces the above spatial evolution characteristics is analyzed.That is,the macro environment is used as a background condition to discuss the dynamic factors from within and outside and the process of the three main forces of the state,the collective and the market in which they are eliminated,so as to build a dynamic mechanism for the interconnection between the dynamic factors and the dynamic subjects;finally,summarize the experience of the existence and development of Qiantang Smart City so far,and provide enlightenment for the industrial parks in other cities in China that are in the same geographical location and in the transition period.The research results show that: First,the spatial evolution of Qiantang Smart City not only includes the general process from large-scale incremental expansion to repair stock filling,but also shows a unique stage of coexistence of two forms of surface filling and antenna extension,which is inseparable from the overall arrangement of the local solid industrial foundation and development timing.Second,the dynamic mechanism of the spatial evolution of Qiantang Smart City is dominated by the external forces of the central urban area,but the source power of urbanization and industrial transformation within the park cannot be ignored,in this process,the three major dynamic subjects of the state,the collective and the market have an interactive transformation from bottom to top to bottom to dynamic balance,which shows that the theoretical research on the spatial evolution of the industrial park needs to be combined with the dynamic process of specific social subjects.Third,in the relevant enlightenment,it is not only necessary to pay attention to the role of marginal areas in the spatial organization of megacities,but also the intensive development of medium and low density in the early stage of industrial parks and the spatial renewal oriented to people’s cities in the later period,in addition,the mixed layout of land use,the cultivation of local industrial clusters and the rational formulation of development cycles are also experiences that can be used as references. |
