Study On The Urban-fringe In Guangzhou Spatial And Planning Synergistic Evolution

The urban fringe is the frontier of research and development in the process of urbanization,urban and rural development.It is the most dynamic region and the most rapid development area,and is also the most sensitive and complex places.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to probe into the evolution and development strategy of large cities in china.Based on mounts of relevant theories,with cooperative development as guiding ideology,using management theory,planning theory,synergetics,and other disciplines,this essay takes comprehensive data analysis,system analysis,comparative analysis,graphic analysis,summarization,AHP evaluation method,and focuses on the scope of Guangzhou city fringe area concept definition,spatio temporal evolution and driving mechanism,development strategy.It analyzes the Guangzhou city regional structure by a special way which is using the city property data.In the careful analysis of the existing related research area for the edge of the city,this paper establishes the evaluation index framework of city fringe city features built from impact,traffic,social structure,ecological barrier and other areas,and constructs the Guangzhou city spatial structure model based on AHP,the scope of administrative space in the core area of the city,city,city fringe area affected zone are divided.The spatial and temporal evolution of the urban fringe is the most important affects of this paper.Based on the core periphery theory and the smart growth theory,this paper sums up the general rules and dynamic mechanism of the spatial and temporal evolution of the urban fringe in Guangzhou.It shows that,Guangzhou city fringe area is the core growth pattern of typical,has filled the iterative effect cross region and has a life cycle growth law;its evolution has three main driving force,which are formed by the migration of population factors benefit driven and government decision making,the formation of market driven transmission utility promote the drive.The study of the spatial planning synergitic development model of the urban fringe is the other focus in this paper.According to the basic idea of sustainable development,the actual analysis of the city fringe area in Guangzhou city as a case based on the proposed Synergitic strategy development model planning,planning and coordination from the foundation,content,guarantee three aspects to construct the framework of Synergitic planning strategy.
