Study On The Spatial Evolution Of Industrial Transformation Villages And Towns

The rapid development of urbanization and the change of economic growth mode lead to the unbalanced development of rural areas,which changes the spatial layout,industrial structure and land-use mode of the original villages and towns.There are problems such as the disorder,fragmentation and hollowing of the settlement space,and some of the settlement space is gradually losing and dying out.At home and abroad,the focus of research on settlement space and industrial development is mostly urban space,and there is a lack of attention on village and town space.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the strategy of rural revitalization,in which industrial prosperity is the primary task to promote the economic construction and overall development of rural areas,and also the most basic and key task in the strategy of Rural Revitalization.Therefore,the in-depth study of the evolution characteristics of the village and town space and the exploration of the evolution law of the industrial transformation type village and town settlements are the basic theories for establishing the development system of the village and town settlements and the prerequisite for guiding the orderly and sustainable development of the village and town space.Based on the review of relevant theoretical basis,domestic and foreign works and literature,this paper constructs a set of methods to determine the industrial transformation stage and describe the system space and individual space of Industrial Transformation Villages and towns.Then it summarizes the research scope and case town selected in this paper,and investigates the basic situation of typical industrial parks.Taking the spatial evolution characteristics of village and town settlement system in the economically developed areas as a comparative case,this paper analyzes the spatial characteristics of settlement system and individual settlement space characteristics of the selected case towns,and studies the influencing factors.Among them,the spatial analysis of settlement system includes three types of evolution characteristics: scale form,spatial distribution and spatial structure,and studies its influencing factors from three aspects of resource environment,traffic location and economic society.The individual space of the settlement analyzes the three evolution characteristics of land use scale,layout form and land use function,and studies the influencing factors from the four aspects of relevant policies,relevant planning,employment population and history and culture.On the basis of the previous research,it is concluded that the space of the industrial transformation type villages and towns settlement system has the following characteristics:(1)the residential space decreases first and then increases,and the industrial space continues to expand;(2)the spatial distribution changes from traffic oriented to industrial oriented agglomeration;(3)the evolution law of the spatial structure changes from single core to multi-core.The individual space of Industrial Transformation Villages and towns has the following characteristics:(1)the scale growth of land used in the industrial transformation zone;(2)the expansion of industrial areas as "enclaves";and(3)the transformation of land use function from scattered and mixed to multiple and composite functions.Finally,it summarizes the innovation and shortcomings of this study,and provides the direction for the follow-up research.
