Research On Characteristics And Driving Mechanism Of Rural Spatial Evolution In The Urban-rural Fringe Area Of Jiangbei In Ningbo City

Since the economic reform and open up,China’s rural space has begun to transform rapidly.Due to its geographical location,the villages in the rural-urban fringe have more dramatic and complex spatial evolution characteristics than other villages.The special production methods of the villages in the rural-urban fringe also make it have a more complicated spatial driving mechanism than other villages.With the promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,the villages in the fringe of urban and rural areas have become the pioneers in exploring rural development,which has attracted the attention of scholars.Researchers at home and abroad have conducted a lot of research on it from multiple angles,but the research on the stage characteristics and dynamic mechanism of its development is insufficient.This article adopts various research methods such as literature research,field investigation and empirical analysis,based on the review of domestic and foreign urbanization theories,rural transformation theories,and research on the urban-rural fringe,exploring the spatial evolution of the countryside in the urban-rural fringe area of Jiangbei of Ningbo City.In-depth analysis of its formation mechanism,and put forward development suggestions of urban planning,in order to enrich the research in the urban-rural fringe,and provide some enlightenment for the rural development in the urban-rural fringe.The study found that the evolution of the countryside in the rural-urban fringe can be roughly divided into three stages: "point-like low-speed shrinkage ","area-like high-speed shrinkage " and "partial shrinkage and internal reconstruction coexisting".In these three stages,the rural space presents a process of "low-high-low" speed shrinkage,and its industries have undergone a process of "agricultural-led,industry-led,coordinated advancement of the tertiary industries".The leading force of spatial evolution shifts from the government to the market,and then to the tripartite coordination of the government,the market and the villagers.In order to promote rural development in the urban-rural fringe and promote the rural revitalization strategy,put forward specific development suggestions from the perspective of urban planning:change the concept of rural development and enhance the status of urban-rural fringe;deepening national territory development plan and improve land use efficiency;fostering industrial development;building tripartite coordinated management mechanism;enhancing public participation in planning.
