For some defective buildings,as long as the structural components do not appear serious damage and cracking,it has the value of continued use,the corresponding strengthening measures can be taken to restore the use of building functions.Effective reinforcement of the defects existing in existing buildings can avoid the waste of materials and environmental pollution caused by demolition and reconstruction,which is in line with the national strategy for green and sustainable development,as well as shorten the construction period and reduce economic losses,it is of great significance to reinforce existing buildings effectively in the construction industry.Buildings for a variety of reasons,such as historical heritage buildings because of age,the foundation subsidence,but not inclined,when the amount of subsidence is too large can be used to lift the building synchronous lifting technology to restore its original style;When the original design height of an existing building can not meet the new use function,the synchronous lifting technology can be used to simultaneously lift the upper structure to a certain height to meet the use function requirements,as a result of investigation,design,construction,overloading and other reasons,the foundation of the building may occur uneven settlement,resulting in building tilt,when the building overall tilt is too large,it will affect the normal use and safety of the building,if it is serious,it will lead to the collapse of the building.It is necessary to take effective measures to reinforce the foundation and rectify the inclination of the building to control the uneven settlement of the foundation.PLC multi-point synchronous lifting hydraulic control system consists of remote control system,hydraulic pump station,sensors,tubing,distribution valve,hydraulic Jack.PLC multi-point synchronous lifting hydraulic control system generally uses a number of hydraulic control units,through the control bus linked together,controlled by a master controller,to achieve the synchronous work of Multiple Jacks.The hydraulic control system can control the rising process of the building by collecting the force and displacement signals.In the process of building lifting,force control or displacement control can be used.Force control is to determine the lifting force of the Hydraulic Jack According to the calculated internal force of each part of the building.When the building is lifted,the displacement sensor feedback the height of the building,the lifting capacity of the Jack is controlled by the set displacement value,and the pressure sensor feedback the lifting force of the building during the lifting process.The limit value of displacement difference should be set between the lifting parts.When the displacement difference between two adjacent displacement sensors feedback exceeds the limit value,the control system alarm,the control personnel adjust the load of the corresponding position Jack in time,to reduce the displacement difference of the adjacent lifting parts to the limit value,to prevent the two adjacent members due to the height difference is too large,resulting in greater internal forces,to avoid the failure of the members.This paper discusses and practices the technology of lifting and rectifying inclination in combination with engineering examples,the applied research is carried out from the selection of lifting technology scheme,the design of PLC control system,the design of underpinning structure,the determination of lifting times and lifting amount per time,the construction organization,the construction technology and the quality control of the building after lifting and straightening,and achieved better results.The engineering practice shows that the lifting technology has achieved good results in the rectification and reinforcement of high-rise buildings,and achieved the expected goal.
