In recent years,with the development of the city,more and more buildings are inclined in the process of construction and use.However,the research on building leaning rectification technology has become a hot issue in the field of structure and geotechnical research.The rectification of building deviation means that the building deviates from its vertical axis for some reason in the process of construction and use,which seriously affects people's production and life.At present,the main technical methods of rectifying deviation include jacking and forced landing rectification.The paper is based on the deviation correction project of an 11-story high-rise residential building in guilin city,and uses ABAQUS finite element analysis software to establish the settlement model of the building and the jacking and tilt correction model of different supporting structural stiffness according to the data obtained from the project site survey.The main results are as follows:1.The technical key points and construction process of jacking and leaning rectification method are systematically elaborated,and the effects of anti-sinking reinforcement of anchor static pile and jacking and tilting correction treatment are evaluated based on the actual engineering cases,taking building settlement and tilt as control standards,so as to provide reference for similar engineering cases.2.According to the simulation results of the settlement model,it is concluded that the settlement form of the building is that the east unit is inclined to the southeast,and the settlement at the southeast angle is large;The west unit is inclined to the northeast,and the settlement at the northeast corner is large.The form of building settlement is ‘twisted and twisted',which is consistent with the actual situation.3.It can be seen from the actual jacking and tilting correction model that the obvious force transmission path and the stress concentration position are obvious.In the jacking and tilting correction process,the root of the shear wall(including column)on the first floor bears a large force and is the weak part.4.By comparing jack lifting leaning rectification models by with different jacking stiffness,it is concluded that with the change of jacking underpinning stiffness,the shear wall stress of the superstructure is in direct proportion to the change of jacking underpinning stiffness.However,there are also a few structural element stress values that decrease or change nonlinearly with the increase of jacking underpinning stiffness structural stiffness;The maximum stress of the shear wall is in direct proportion to the change of jacking underpinning stiffness in the jack lifting leaning rectification.The maximum stress of individual shear walls decreases or changes non-linear with the increase of the stiffness of the supporting structure;The position of the maximum stress value of the shear wall on the first floor is basically unchanged in the process of jacking up and straightening,only the position of the maximum stress value of a few shear walls changes.5.Without considering the connection between the superstructure and the topside structure,the load generated by the superstructure is directly applied to the topside structure,and the internal force and deformation generated by the topside structure increase compared with the internal force and deformation of the superstructure.Therefore,the connection between the superstructure and the topside structure is very important in the course of the jacking rectification.The results of this paper can be used for reference for the design of the jacking rectification supporting structure.
