Super high-rise building is the crystallization with economic development,technological progress and social needs,in today's world,today in the world especially in the Asia Pacific region super high-rise building is like a raging fire,"the desire and the stature of the potential".The rapid development of super high-rise building is due to the deepening of people's understanding of the structural system,the choice of structural system directly determines the construction period,the rate of capital turnover,the construction progress of the construction unit and so etc.The rapid development of super high-rise building is due to the deepening of people's understanding of the structural system,the choice of structural system directly determines the construction period,the rate of capital turnover,the construction progress of the construction unit and so on.The frame-core wall structure combines the advantages of lateral force resisting system and bearing system,and it meets the development trend of the super high-rise buildings,such as integration,intelligence,ecology and abnormity,and formwork construction technology is the key technology of the construction of shear wall core tube.As a higher degree of mechanization of high-rise building core tube construction formwork technology,its birth and application of lifting steel platform formwork technology,and it is possible to shorten the construction period and improve the economy.For the complex and changeable structure,the high quality of construction technology requirements in super high-rise building,due to the engineering safety control requirements,the construction side should accurately understand the mechanical characteristics and working performance of the top mold system.Therefore,it is very necessary and timely to study and discuss the technology of the top tube of super high-rise building.In this paper,a super high-rise building T1 tower project--the core module of low integral lifting steel less pivot platform formwork system,as the background,through the core tube by using finite element software Midas Gen used in the engineering construction stage of lifting steel platform formwork supporting system and box girder system modeling calculation and analysis,the stress and deformation nephogram of the primary and secondary truss,steel column and support box girder in the construction conditions,lifting conditions,lifting conditions and shutdown conditions are obtained;through the comparison and analysis of the calculation results under different working conditions,this paper point out the influence of unfavorable load conditions on the primary and secondary trusses and steel columns of steel platform system.This paper mainly adopts case analysis research method and proof,and put forward the principle of selection of high-rise building construction in the core tube top mold system in the design process,by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different template engineering technology analysis,combined with the structural characteristics of a high-rise tower T1,determine the use of modular low integral lifting steel less fulcrum the platform frame system,and carry out the relevant aspects of the top die core node design,to practical engineering as the foundation,summed up the solution of super tall top die encountered difficulties in the construction process of the case,to provide reliable design and construction process of super high-rise building system similar to climbing formwork.This paper uses the case study and the research methods,puts forward the selection principle of the top mould system in the design of super high-rise building core tube;combined with the characteristics of T1 tower core tube structure,determine the use of modular low less integral lifting steel platform supporting formwork system,and completed the design of the top mold system;based on the actual operation of the project,describes the working principle of the top mold system,and puts forward the climbing process flow and quality assurance measures of the top die system under the standard layer;solves the formwork and the top frame body node processing problems,it focus on the correction of template torsion correcting and verticality control of program design.In this paper,based on the core shear wall construction of T1 tower,it carries out a series of research on the top mold system,it has a certain reference value for the project,hoping to provide some support for the related research in the future.
