The arrival of the age of China's high speed logistics makes the normal operation of the railway transportation system an important guarantee for logistics transmission. In order to ensure transportation safety, for one hand, railway maintenance technology is urged to be improved. For another, the potential safety hazard of both faulty and normal vehicles needs to be eliminated in a timely manner. So far, we have built train maintenance bases throughout the whole nation to guarantee safety and reliab ility at all times. Mobile car lifting jack, as a necessary equipment, plays an extremely important role in maintenance. Any desynchrony comes from car lifting jack may result in permanently mechanical damage by train chassis or even causing casualties.At present, PID controller is widely used for adjustment of synchronous control system of the car lifting jack, but there are still a lot of problems existing in that synchronous control system of the car lifting jack has not been considered as a typical nonlinear system. The faster the car lifting jack increased, the heavier is the load-bearing, causing lifting d isorder. Thus, in this paper, synchronization among multiple motors is the my top concern.According to the establishing mathematical model of key component from synchronous control system of the car lifting jack and system dynamic simulation analysis by MATLAB, I finally figure out the parameters influencing synchronization control precis ion to get the most suitab le controller design scheme of the car lifting jack system.First is to confirm the master-slave synchronization control method based on the car lifting jack synchronous control mode according to the analys is of synchronous control system of the car lifting jack working princip le and research status as well as the comparison between different existing synchronization methods. In addition, the system is modeled by the method of simp lifying the control model, and the transfer function of the relevant parts is obtained.Second is the analys is of the synchronous control algorithm and its control princ iple of PID controller, fuzzy controller and fuzzy-PID controller.Combined the advantages of PID control and fuzzy control, the car lifting jack synchronous control strategy is proposed based on fuzzy-PID control algorithm. In addition,synchronization can be achieved better through multilevel data analys is by the MATLAB simulation, ensuring the rap idity and stability control requirements under fuzzy-PID.Finally, staff can monitor system operation in a more convenient way through Siemens S7-200 series PLC to achieve control and using the Kingview 6.55 software to realize the interaction of man-machine interface.
