With the publish of 10 new technologies in the construction industry in 2017,the government has vigorously promoted the integral jacking steel platform technology,but the linked research is less.Therefore,in this paper,by adopting numerical simulation and field test to study the integral jacking steel platform used in core construction of a super high-rise building,which provides reference value for the design and construction of the overall jacking up steel platform in the future.The main research contents are as follows:1)Using Midas Gen software to model and calculate the steel platform,the stress and deformation analysis of the images of the jacking steel platform under the 16 kinds of load combinations are obtained in the four conditions of construction,jacking,lifting,and shutdown.And the deformed cloud map shows that the maximum deformation value and stress value of the steel platform meet the specification requirements.At the same time,the optimal design of components with a stress ratio of more than 0.7 are carried out,and its critical load factor increases from 2.65 to 4.16,which improves the overall stability of jacking up steel platform.2)The stress and strain data of monitoring points of the steel platform are collected through field tests.The data of computation and monitoring are compared and analyzed.It is shown that the stress and calculated results of the monitoring rods are basically the same,which verified the correctness of the model built in this paper.3)The bearing capacity of the support structure of the jacking steel platform is checked,for the bearing capacity of the larger problem on 24-25 layer reinforcement beam,and ansection design of the beam is optimized.So the ratio of the torsion of the support structure is reduced.In comparison,the bearing capacity of the bearing structure at the jacking steel platform is increased.4)Through the numerical simulation and field test of the jacking up steel platform,it is found that there are many factors affecting the factor(live load,barbarous construction and illegal construction,etc.).In order to ensure the bearing capacity and safety of the jackng steel platform,it is suggested that the limit value of live load should not exceed 10kN/m~2,and should be standardized to manage the construction. |
