| With the rapid development of the construction industry in recent years,the inclined deformation of the existing buildngs is a common problem.Although it is the most effective method that strengthening and rectifing the inclined buildngs to ensure the safety of buildings,which is lack of the theoretical guidance.Taking the office building of frame structure as the engineering background,the paper sums up the engineering practice of rectifiction and reinforce,which is representative,and introduces the inclined reasons and the method of rectifing a deviation.The rectifition of the office building is simulated through the ANSYS finite element software to conclude the internal force of the structure,which guide the construction of lifting up structure.The main work of the paper are as follows:(1)According to the geological conditions of the project and tilt reasons,the programme of lifting up and rectifying a deviation by cutting off column is determined.At the same time,the ultimate bearing capacity and the internal force of the present structure.(2)The difference of lift-up value of two adjaeent points was analyzed by finite element software in this paper.By lifting one by one column,the maximum differfence of lift-up value of two adjaeent points is decided,which is taken as the basis in the construction of lifting up and rectifying.The practice shows that the effect is good.(3)According to the characteristics of the frame structure,two conditions of lifting and tilting are put forward.Based on the maximum difference of lift-up value of two adjacent points and the ultimate bearing capacity of the bearing components,two conditions are simulated to the more unfavorable situation and determine the specific construction program.(4)Finally,the design of the underpinned beam is carried out and the steel hinge support is used at the hinge fulcrum in the lifting process.In addition,the order of the jack-up,the controlled and key points of the jack-up are expounded systematically. |
