In this critical period of national economic upgrading and transformation,the state has put forward the requirement of vigorously developing clean energy,and more and more enterprises have begun to promote a low-carbon and green economic development model,especially the wind power industry is showing a trend of rapid growth.Wind resources are renewable energy sources,especially in some areas where wind resources are abundant.If wind resources are converted into other resources and fully utilized,not only energy savings can be achieved,but it can also be compatible with the concept of green and low-carbon economic development.However,project development is complicated,risky,and uncertain,and it is imperative to introduce project risk management.Implement project risk management throughout the entire process and cycle,paying attention to key elements such as project budget,quality,and schedule,which will help reduce potential risks and increase the success rate of project development.The 150 Mw Yu Dao Kou wind power project is planned to be built at the paddock in chengde city,hebei province,which is one of the largest green wind power energy bases in China.In the context of promoting ecological civilization and advocating the development of clean energy,chengde paddock makes use of abundant wind energy resources to build a "new energy wind power base".The He Bei provincial government also proposed in the plan to expand the scale of wind power clean heating,the implementation of wind power hydrogen production demonstration and other wind power comprehensive utilization projects.As a result,the 150-megawatt wind power project at Yu Dao Kou was proposed and commercialized.Based on this,this article takes the risk management of the YDK 150 MW wind power project as a research perspective,collects data from the project through field investigations,and summarizes the problems of the project through expert questionnaire surveys.Identify risks through brainstorming and IDEFO graphical methods,and make risk evaluation indicators,analyze the risks of the project through qualitative analysis and analytic hierarchy process,and calculate risk levels and risk weights.According to the calculation results,the corresponding risk response strategies are proposed.This paper has achieved positive results in the risk response measures during the project implementation process,greatly reducing the losses caused by project risk factors.The overall design,installation,and commissioning quality of the project is better than that of domestic wind power projects of the same scale,and the overall equipment quality is excellent.It is a power plant with similar regulations in China.At the same time,it provides certain theoretical guidance for the rapid and healthy development of such projects.It is hoped that the paper can play a more helpful role in the development of wind power projects in my country,and that the risk management of wind power projects can be developed more scientifically and modernly.
