Energy is the material guarantee of economic development. With the development of the global industrialization, the long- term development of human beings and the use of fossil energy, which has led to the global energy supply security and growing environmental pollution. Wind energy renewable, green environmental protection characteristics, so that the development of sustainable energy in the environment has become the focus of development.At the end of 2013, the total installed capacity of wind power had reached 3.18 kW, and the cumulative installed capacity growth rate averaged 12.4%. China has new wind power generating capacity of 1406 kW, ranking first in the world, and its new installed and total installed capacity ranked the first in Asia. But the wind power generation project itself has the characteristics of construction difficulty, large investment, and facing a lots of uncertain factors,which makes wind power projects facing a variety of risks. To ensure the smooth implementation of the project we must carry out the project risk management research.The through reading a large number of risk management of related literature, based on the basic theory of risk management, combined with Alxa League 30 MW wind power project,system analysis and research on the characteristics of the risk in the wind power project,based on the theoretical basis of risk management, summed up the six major categories of risk,19 risk factors. On this basis, by using multi levels fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for risk evaluation of Alxa League 30 MW wind power project. The evaluation results show that the risk of the project is mild, which indicates that the project can be implemented. In order to improve the efficiency of wind power project and market competition, the article finally puts forward the risk response measures based on the combination of a series of risk aversion methods. We should control the project risk within a reasonable range to ensure the smooth implementation of the project. These methods will make the risk of the project in a reasonable range to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.The Alxa 30 MW wind power project of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the data shows that the project risk level, can clearly reflect the risk severity, risk response to avoid blindness.The research content of this paper can provide some reference for the risk management of wind power project, and hope that the analysis of this paper can help companies to solve the practical problems of wind power projects.
