Because of the prosperity of material and cultural life,consumers’ demand for products is gradually transforming to a higher level,which drives the further innovation of market and design.As the mainstream group in the consumer market,women have deeper and more delicate demands for the quality of products due to their natural psychological attributes.In the design of female products,only by understanding the consumer psychology and emotional needs of female users can we provide them with ideal products.Emotional design concept is based on the emotional needs of users as the core,in the functional,aesthetic,interactive and other aspects of the comprehensive improvement of user experience.Research on its application in women’s products can not only effectively improve the satisfaction of female users,but also enable enterprises to gain greater advantages in market competition.It is also of great significance for designers to enhance the added value of products and enrich the design style of products.This paper first explores the hierarchy of needs and emotional characteristics of people,as well as the related theories of emotional design,and analyzes the reasons for the emergence of emotional design and the reaction force on the mass consumption psychology.Secondly,it studies the emotional characteristics and consumption characteristics of the female group,and summarizes the main principles of emotional design in the process of female product design through their embodiment in product design.Finally,taking the design of the female curing pot as an example,starting from the emotional needs of women,to inject new vitality and sufficient care into the appearance,function and interaction design of the curing pot,in order to better meet the female users at the same time,but also in the market competition to achieve success. |
