| In the context of the emergence of national health problems and the outbreak of the beauty economy,the smart home fitness scene has attracted much attention.Based on the flow theory,in-depth research on the family fitness behavior and related needs of young women will help to explore the potential development opportunities of family smart fitness products.The subject revolves around the "Smart Home Fitness Women" group to carry out research.First,the theoretical research background and the status quo of smart fitness product design are sorted out.After case analysis,three main design trends are put forward:lightweight and professional,multi-modal interaction and social attributes,information control and value extension.Then through the comparative analysis of typical home smart fitness products,the advantages and disadvantages of design are put forward in the four aspects of function,system service,operation interaction and product perception,and the research direction of the problem is clarified.Then,based on qualitative and quantitative research,user surveys were conducted,and13 flow experience elements and user demand levels were proposed.On the basis of the original nine elements,four characteristic elements under the family fitness scenario were added:The shape conforms to the aesthetics,time and space freedom,continuous supervision and encouragement,and scene association.In the process of further sorting out the data,the author put forward the design vision and design principles by using the VIP design principle and the PAT design model of flow theory,and proposed the specific design strategy by constructing the mental model.In the design and application stage,based on the design principles,the core design values of "easy companionship","immersive efficiency" and "adaptive diversity" are proposed,and the design exploration of "elastic rope for gripping strength meditation" is completed.This project shifts the design focus of smart fitness products for women’s homes from fitness effects to the occurrence and maintenance of heart flow experience,so that most of the "middle people" who have long-term fitness requirements but are difficult to adhere to directly transform into high-frequency fitness groups.It is hoped that under the diversified and inclusive female aesthetic trend,the design of fitness products can also pay more attention to and guide women to perform "healthy" fitness behaviors. |
