With the development of society and the improvement of people’s material living standards,the blind pursuit of pragmatic product features can no longer meet the spiritual and emotional needs of users.Product experience is particularly important.However,under the fierce competition,the makeup market faces serious homogenization and excessive Paying attention to marketing and publicity,ignoring the emotional issues of core groups,as a tool for image enhancement,makeup products can not only meet the basic makeup needs of users,but also intuitively express the characteristics of products for users through colors,materials,and shapes.It is not only the basic and concrete functional requirements,but also the emotional sustenance of users.It is very important to express these requirements in the product through design.This research takes the core user group of makeup products-white collar women as the starting point,and takes the emotional needs of white-collar women as the research object.First of all,we will understand the current product status through the data collection of the makeup industry,analyze the makeup products with the guidance of emotional design,and explore the root cause of the problem.Explore the source of users’ emotional needs,and summarize and analyze white-collar women’s emotional preferences and cognitive models of makeup design features through visits,interviews,and questionnaires.The aesthetic principles of makeup are put forward,the practical principles of makeup products are proposed from the function and operation of the behavior layer,and the cultural principles are proposed from the individuation,identity and sustainability of the reflection layer.Finally,according to the white-collar female group,this thesis summarizes the appropriate makeup product design method,designs the makeup product set through practice,verifies the feasibility of the method combined with design evaluation,and guides a more comfortable lifestyle through the actual scheme to improve the white-collar female user experience.Through the emotional research on makeup products,we can provide references and ideas for the design and development of makeup products in the future,and hope that they can be better used in production activities,so that enterprises can serve users with better products and satisfy users’ psychology of makeup.At the same time,achieve business success.
