China military industry has been in a stage of continuous development in recent years,and customers have gradually valued the price and quality of products,and they also have certain requirements for the delivery period of the products.However,military products are different from other products and have certain particularities.Because of their high-tech content,complex project process,and high coordination requirements,military products often experience delays.Based on the characteristics of the products of my country’s military industry,combined with the theory and methods of project management,this article hopes to ensure that the delivery of military products is carried out on schedule.Studying the production schedule management of my country’s military and industrial scientific research projects can improve the company’s schedule control ability,thereby enhancing market competitiveness.The research object of this paper is the production schedule of S company’s high-mobility epidemic prevention vehicle project,and discusses the S company’s project management method under the influence of multiple factors.Through the research of the existing project management articles,the two theories of the forward line comparison method and the critical chain method are used,and the actual progress of the project is combined to analyze the method of formulating the project’s production management plan and encounters during the project.To the question.On this basis,explore the current status of the S company’s high-mobility anti-epidemic vehicle project,and determine the critical path of the project’s progress,based on which to formulate the specific plan of the project.Through the forward line comparison method,the whole process of the project is analyzed,the problems in the project process are found,and corresponding measures are taken to remedy them,so as to achieve effective control of the project progress and ensure that the delivery of the project can be completed on schedule.This article analyzes the progress management of the S company’s high-mobility epidemic prevention vehicle project,formulates a detailed plan for its implementation,and monitors it during the project implementation process,so as to find and solve problems in time during the implementation process,and formulate targeted measures to ensure that the project proceeds as scheduled.In addition,hope that through the progress management of this project to provide a new reference for other military industry project management.
