In the era of Economical Knowledge the value and significance of talents has become well-known.As one of the most precious and important resources in the development of society,human resources has been prioritized.In the modern social organization structure the demand for human resources is more prominent and its survival and development depends on the quality of talents.This has led many companies to focus on the development in this area.More and more enterprises use vocational training for the development and the strength of the Enterprises Reserve.The planning of an employee's career is in fact essential.It cannot be achieved overnight.For enterprises it does not only meet the needs of their own development in Human Resources,but also creates a kind of treasure and cultivating their talents,enhancing the visibility of enterprises in society.Furthermore it improves the enterprise's competitive soft strength of the excellent corporate culture.For individuals,through the enterprise training and other type of training,it can enhance the overall strength of each person.The Enterprise provides the most effective training program and the long-term ladder training method for the career development of the individual.This truly enhances the individual work ability.With the development of science and technology,the electric power industry has become more and more fit for production of electricity,with it forming a modern scientific management model.Information Technology has gradually been incorporated into the development of enterprises.This is also the root of the increasingly high demand for employees with a high skill set.Although Electric Power Enterprises begin to attach importance to the employee's career development,but so far there is no effective management model for everyone to use.Based on Y Electric Power Company's employee's career planning and the theory of Development Research at home and abroad,this paper makes an in-depth discussion on the problem of employee's career planning,and begins from the reality and replanning of the development of enterprises from the perspective of human resources to grow the potential for the employees and make the career development path of the employees match the development trajectory of the enterprises,thus promoting the development of the enterprises.From the human resources aspect the new development path is made for the effeciency of the economy of the enterprise,opening up for more potential.From the perspective of human capital appreciation achieving the maximization of the enterprise value is the ultimate goal of the enterprise.At the same time,through the experience of the development of the enterprise it can create references for domestic enterprises implementing the employee's career planning.
