Central enterprises are the backbone of the national economy.With the advancement and implementation of policies such as the reform of the three systems of central enterprises,the state has put forward new requirements for the internal personnel management,labor employment,and income distribution of central enterprises,the state-owned enterprises have more opportunities and are also full of new challenges.Meanwhile it also introduce high standards for the development and management of central enterprises.Today’s market competition environment is extremely fierce,talent employments are no longer value the "stability" of the central enterprises only,but more for the future of career development and compensation and benefits.With the progress of reform continues,the management of state-owned enterprises tend to be simple,clear,the management model has changed significantly,the number of leading cadres with the change of hierarchy has decreased,the original career development plan of the central enterprises become no longer clear,most employees are more difficult to achieve a substantial increase in pay and positions,resulting in a higher turnover rate and greater mobility of talent,not conducive to the long-term development of state-owned enterprises,so the problem of imperfect career development planning has urgently need to solve.This paper applies career development system construction,through the staff career development questionnaire and exit interview,analyze the current D-state-owned enterprise employee career development status,find the deep-seated reasons,combine with the characteristics of the state-owned enterprises and the state-owned enterprises reform requirements,to build in line with the application of human resources management practices and the actual needs of the state-owned enterprises staff career development system construction program,and to provide support for the smooth progress of career development system construction.The research of this paper can provide some reference for the human resource management of the central enterprises,so as to improve the level of the professional development and management of the employees of the central enterprises,to provide a unified management method for the selection,use,training of talents,etc.,to provide a clear direction for the career development of employees,and ultimately achieve the goal of the central enterprises to be stronger and better.
